I'm using Windows 7. I just upgraded recently so this is what I've hobbled together so far lol. Lemme see if I can dig up my old XP desktop...

I must have missed the Theme name in the picture if it was in there, but what was it? Also, did you get it from the MS website, or is it from somewhere else?

I also just upgraded to Windows 7.

The theme is called "shadow" and it's a 3rd party skin I found. You have to patch a few things, and if you have 64 bit like I do you might have to mess with explorer.exe to adjust the look of the start button. If you have no idea how to do that, I don't advise it. I learned that the fun way.
