I don't think I could give a proper response to this scenario, because I've thought up a lot of different situations, and they pretty much run the gamut of endings. What I would do would be completely dependent on what my life situation was when I woke up, such as family and friends and occupation and lifestyle and location.

Assuming that my personality would be the same (because one, it would be stupid to be any different having had an elaborate dream about it, and two, if it WAS different than my sudden two-decades-plus worth of fake alternate personality would probably overwrite it) I wouldn't end up committing suicide or anything over it (unless perhaps I didn't have a single family member left alive.) Depending on how things turn out I could be hella depressed though.
