One man is dead and another hospitalized after a bizarre assault off Miami's MacArthur Causeway reportedly forced a police officer to open fire.

City of Miami police say the incident began Saturday afternoon about 2 p.m. when an officer responded to reports of 2 men fighting in the bike path of the Biscayne Boulevard exit ramp, alongside the Miami Herald's parking garage. There, according to the Herald, the officer observed a naked man eating another man's face:

The officer...approached and saw that the naked man was actually chewing the other man's head, according to witnesses. The officer ordered the naked man to back away, and when he continued the assault, the officer shot him.
The attacker continued to eat the man, despite being shot, forcing the officer to continue firing. Witnesses said they heard at least a half dozen shots.

According to CBS Miami, police sources said the victim had "virtually no face" and was unrecognizable.

"[Officers] attempted to separate them, there was some sort of confrontation," Miami Police spokesman Willie Moreno told Local10.

Photographs taken from the Herald's garage show the naked man lying dead at the scene. Police said his victim was transported to Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Officials have yet to identify the officer involved, the deceased, or the victim. The incident snarled traffic on the causeway for hours during busy Memorial Day weekend as multiple lanes of vehicles were routed around the crime scene.

UPDATE, 5/27: While Miami Police remain tight-lipped about the incident, investigators are asking witnesses to contact authorities. The Herald reports detectives believe the victim may have been homeless and the naked man suffering from "cocaine psychosis," which could have prompted him to remove his clothing.

Yeah, they are claiming bath salts are the new LSD. Unfortunately that idiotic cop has no idea what he's talking about.

http://miami.cbslocal.com/2012/05/26/mi ... ad-1-hurt/

A couple excerpts from this link I just posted:
Quote:
“We have seen, already, three or four cases that are exactly like this where some people have admitted taking LSD and it’s no different than cocaine psychosis,” Aguilar said.

Adams said the new LSD is commonly called “bath salts.” The drug, Adams said, can raise a persons body temperature to such a high degree that logic and the ability to feel pain are lost; then delirium sets in and that often leads to disaster.

“If you are selling this LSD to people, unsuspecting people, on the street and somebody ends up dying as a result, you will be charged.”

Bath salts are not even close to LSD though. Gotta love stupid cops these days. Also, they have not confirm that he was indeed under the influence of bath salts, yet, but it would not surprise me.

Quote:
Aguilar, who heads the local chapter of the Fraternal Order of Police, said he has spoken with the officer who responded. Aguilar said the officer saw what the man was doing, and ordered him to stop. He said the man growled at the officer, and then returned to his meal.

Growled. Creepy.

3 Shotguns, 3 hunting rifles, 2 vermin rifles, a good stash of ammo laying around, plenty of impromptu melee weapons, a place to stay.. Yeah, i think i'm ready for it.

But on a real note, only in a video game would you see such a scene.

Read up on bath salts today- horrifying stuff. Super strength, incoherency, agitation, and that wonderful little kick to the reward system sound absolutely wonderful to me.

Just sounds like the effects of PCP to me.

My zombie plan is to head to Svalbard. Things that can't actually produce body heat don't do very well in an arctic climate.

I doubt he was on LSD or anything similar to LSD. This looks like the work of PCP. Read up on how Big Lurch killed someone and ate their flesh while on PCP. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Big_Lurch

If it wasn't PCP and it was research chemicals, then people need to be more careful with what they ingest. If the (relatively) safe drugs that have been researched for years weren't illegal just about everywhere nobody would be making these research chemicals and nobody would be buying them either.

Okay now this is getting seriously out of hand. Here's some more reports that I happened to find about more 'zombie attacks'

CBS News wrote:
Carl Jacquneaux, Louisiana man, arrested after alleged face-bite attack

(CBS) Police in Louisiana say a 43-year-old Lafayette Parish man was arrested after he bit off a piece of another man's face during an attack, reports ABC affiliate KATC.

According to the station, police say Carl Jacquneaux knew victim Todd Credeur whom he attacked over a domestic issue. Credeur told the station that he was working in his front yard in the town of Scott when Jacquneaux appeared and attacked him, biting him on the face.

Credeur says he was able to fend off the attack with wasp spray, according to KATC. Jacquneaux then reportedly left and went to another acquaintance's home in the nearby town of Carencro and held a victim at knife point before stealing a handgun, KATC reports.

Police reportedly arrested Jacquneaux at the acquaintance's house.

Police say it is unknown if Jacquneaux was under the influence of drugs because no blood tests were performed before he was taken to jail, the station reports.

Jacquneaux is reportedly charged with aggravated burglary, simple battery, violation of probation, aggravated second degree battery and violation of protective orders. He remains in the Lafayette Parish Jail with a $312,500 bond, KATC reports

Credeur is now reportedly at home recovering from the attack .

Another Miami Zombie Cannibal Attack; Man On Bath Salts Tries To Eat Police Officer

Following the face-eating Miami cannibal attack, Maryland brain and heart eating cannibal and the gay porn star cannibal, a new attack has occurred with this time targeted at a police officer in Miami.

According to reports, Brandon De Leon, 21, tried to bite a police officer and growled and clamped his teeth in the same manner Rudy Eugene did before he was shot dead after eating and tearing off the face of 65 year-old Ronald Poppo a homeless man who had been on the streets for over 3 decades, as reported on MemphisRap.com.

Brandon De Leon who is also homeless is believed to had been high on drugs and had drank the alcoholic beverage Four Loko. According to some reports, Brandon De Leon reportedly was in an argument with another man outside of a Boston Market restaurant on Saturday. The two men allegedly had been fighting and was distrubing patrons who were trying to leave and enter the restaurant.

According to WSVN News 7, Brandon De Leon came into the restaurant and begin yelling obscenities which drew the attention of police officers dining at the food chain. Either way, he drew the attention of the police.

North Miami Beat police state that Brandon De Leon banged his head repeatingly against the patrol’s car glass, yelled he was going to eat officers, had thrown up his middle finger and also said to officers ‘f-ck you.’

Even after Brandon De Leon was arrested and taken to the police station his antics continued. Brandon De Leon attempted to bite an officer as he tried to take his blood pressure and because of his continuous behavior of banging his head, growling and snarling, he was placed in restraints and a bite mask.

When test results came back for Brandon De Leon it was found that he had a blood alcohol level of .29 and indeed had been taking Cloud 9 a version the drug bath salts along with cannabis and Xanax.

When court time came for Brandon De Leon to face the judge on Monday, he stated he had no recollection of the incident and didn’t remember what had happened.

Brandon De Leon was charged with disorderly conduct/breach of the peace and resisting an officer with violence and had his bond set at $5,500.

Since the outbreak of bath salt cannibals, police have been told to take precaution especially with the homeless population.

Herald Sun wrote:
‘Dead' boy wakes up and asks for water at funeral in Brazil

TWO-YEAR-OLD boy sat up in his coffin and asked for water before laying back down again lifeless, according to a Brazilian news website.

Website ORM claimed that Kelvin Santos stopped breathing during treatment for pneumonia at a hospital in Belem, northern Brazil.

He was declared dead at 7.40pm on Friday and his body was handed over to his family in a plastic bag.

The child's devastated family took him home where grieving relatives held a wake throughout the night, with the boy's body laid in an open coffin.

But an hour before his funeral was due to take place on Saturday the boy apparently sat up in his coffin and said: "Daddy, can I have some water?".

The boy's father, Antonio Santos, said: "Everybody started to scream, we couldn't believe our eyes. Then we thought a miracle had taken place and our boy had come back to life.

"Then Kelvin just laid back down, the way he was. We couldn't wake him. He was dead again."

Mr Santos rushed his son back to the Aberlardo Santos hospital in Belem, where the doctors reexamined the boy and confirmed that he had no signs of life.

He said: "They assured me that he really was dead and gave me no explanation for what we had just seen and heard."

The boy's family decided to delay the funeral for an hour in the hope that he would wake up again, but ended up burying him at 5pm that day in a local cemetery.

Convinced that his son was victim of medical malpractice, Mr Santos has now registered a complaint with the police who have launched an investigation

He said: "Fifteen minutes after rushing him away for resuscitation, they came and told me he was dead and handed me his body. Perhaps they didn't examine him properly. Dead people don't just wake up and talk. I'm determined to find out the truth."

The local state department today confirmed the boy had been admitted to hospital in a critical condition and was declared dead after suffering cardiac-respiratory failure.

And for those of you who want to wear your tinfoil hat...

Designer Drugs, the Zombie Apocalypse, and You

By Rusty Shackleford

Some of you may remember a piece written by myself, no less than a half a year ago, on the potential of chemicals included in head shop designer drugs to chemically lobotomize the user and to effectively dissociate the hind brain from the frontal portions of the brain. The drug would then essentially paralyze the frontal portions of the brain, leaving a human being concerned with only the most rudimentary functions of the limbic brain: Fuzzy Bunny, eating, and killing.

Welcome to 2012. The only difference is that at the time, we postulated that such an effect could be achieved through chemicals sprayed upon "spice" packets sold in headshops containing active agent JWH-018 which is, in and of itself, a fairly unknown quantity. Since then, I have watched with a growing interest as report after report published on the internet, major news networks, blogs and newspaper articles have hit with new details on "zombie cannibalism attacks" generated by "abuse of bath salts, superacid, etc" depending upon whom you ask. Enter "Kapin Trips" (tm).

The substance in question

The following excerpt is from an anonymous tip off I received via the e-mail from a former organic chemist working for a company that I will not name. Suffice to say, he made me very certain of his credentials, and that the company in charge of this operation has its hand in a lot more than just legal recreational drugs: It goes deeper than you could ever imagine, and it is completely horrifying.

He wrote to me after having read my piece on the use of over the counter or legal head shop drugs in creating armies of drone assassins. He asked me how I knew, and how I had discovered this on my own without any apparent insider knowledge of any of these events transpiring. The following is an excerpt of our communication via e-mail, verbatim except where omissions of titles and names were necessary for anonymity's sake.

"You know the news reports about that "superacid" Fuzzy Bunny that is causing all these poor Fuzzy Bunny eating each other? Well, that's only partly true. I synthesized "superacid". The research was for [name omitted] company. If you out them publicly they will come after you. These are not the kind of people you want to play around with.
They were interested in conducting modern day mind control experiments, a bit like MK ULTRA or PROJECT MONARCH. This "superacid compound" was only the tip of the ice berg. I really didn't know why they wanted it specifically, I didn't care. I had assumed it was part of some sort of semi-secretive testing this legitimate pharma company was doing in the background in order to generate a new run of recreational drugs. My compound was the "superacid" compound mentioned in a few news articles. We called it "KAPIN TRIPS" by its trade name.

The second picture of the chemical itself sent to me as attachments.

You have to remember that my drug is not the "zombie chemical" itself, per se. It is a part of the entire cocktail, and the cocktail creates a synergistic effect that is more than the sum of its parts. I knew they wanted it for something related to psychological or behavioral modification- possibly as a new form of coercion for prisoners of war or a new truth syrum. The initial plans were to test in on an unwitting public, but I never knew it would be used like this.
I was interested in creating something like a hideous evil twin for LSD or DMT so I chose to look for a serotonin like structure. All serotonergic hallucinogens have a common structural motif, which is an aromatic ring with a two carbon side chain that terminates in an amine; the aromatic ring in amphetamines is benzene, and the aromatic in tryptamines is indole. DMT and LSD share a tryptamine motif, however the skeleton of LSD is augmented with additional rings. One of the reasons that LSD is so powerful (50 - 200 ug dose compared with 20 - 50mg for DMT) is likely that these rings lock the tryptamine skeleton into the right geometry to interact with the serotonin receptor. I went ahead and modded the tryptamine system with a support ring lifted directly from the LSD skeleton, however I did not use the whole thing, so my compound doesn’t resemble LSD that closely. Oxygen and sulfur ethers are also featured on some rings, and seem to have a potentiating effect. Methoxy groups are found in 5-MEO DMT and Mescaline. I added a 5 -MEO group to my compound for this reason. Psychedelics containing thioethers (sulfur with carbon chains attached) are rare, and extremely unpredictable. All the ones that I know of are synthetic nightmare chemicals that people have unreal experiences on.

4-methylthioamphetamine is similar to MDMA except that I have heard it described as considerably more intense and less pleasant. It was briefly legal in Amsterdam smart shops where it caused several fatalities. So of course, when prompted by [name omitted], I added a thio group as well.

We extracted the basic chemical from fish, with the exception of the thioethers which were later added to the augmented compound in question. I’d say more, but at this point I already am nervous about my own wellbeing and feel I have said too much.
P.S. - I’d been given a request that the drug, "KAPIN TRIPS", be dispersable in bath salts for initial testing, and luckily, we could, and did. You only need to protonate the amine group with an acid like HCl, and you have the drug in water soluble form. Its the same thing as the transition between ‘freebase’ cocaine and the Cocaine HCl that republicans prefer. I hope this helps you. Please respect my privacy and I will respect yours.”

-name omitted

I want to go ahead and remind you, at this juncture, that initially I had explained to you in the first article (entitled "I AM A DISINFORMATION AGENT") that the main chemicals for creating zombie powder used to create human zombies was a cocktail of scopolamine, the extract of a black puffer fish, and a few other things. Compare and contrast this information with the field studies of anthropologist Wade Davis, in addition to the chemical cocktail utilized early on by Hassan I Sabbah, the master of the order of Assassins. (I have written of this elsewhere).

My anonymous source went on to explain to me that the HCl version of the drug could very easily be dispersed through "bath salts" in headshops, in addition to the drug's main psychoactive component MPDV. At this point, we take into account certain news stories in which mention some strange combination of a "superacid" and/or "bath salts" in generating these attacks, and that MPDV or more likely any number of other chemicals sold in "bath salts" have been found to be responsible for a flesh eating bacteria now found in its users... Formulate your own opinions. Think for yourself, question authority.

I can almost believe this one. Seriously.

If you are interested in the actual articles & photos, the direct links are included in who wrote it.
