This little spider was eye ballin' me this morning. Anyone know what kind it is?

Nope, but that is one frightening looking spider. Wouldn't know if it has deadly poison. Never seen one like that before

It sorta seems like he's one of a group of spiders aptly named Red and Black Spiders. This guy is an example. Looks like there's a bunch of different types of them, so it's hard to narrow down which one exactly.
