I've been getting extra adds like clickable words that people have on the comments, and videos where the skip button is orange and on the left side of the screen. This first happened when i changed quality of a video and tried to play it HD, but changing it back to standard doesn't seem to fix it. Any solution? I know i can use another browser, but i'd like to know if this can be easily solved.

I would say that's not a thing with YouTube but rather some spyware that worked its way into your browser.

Speaking as someone who was using Internet Explorer until less than a year ago, I would also highly recommend Google Chrome.

I'll try it. Firefox has a nice option to block all ads on youtube. I've downloaded an anti-spybot program called 'spybot search and destroy' to get rid of any problems anyway. It doesn't seem to be working well.

That used to be a really good program back in the day, but I used to heavily recommend Malwarebytes, and still do.

I have the free anti-virus. I've ran a full scan in safe mode, quick scan in normal mode with malwarebytes and the problem is still there. Any other suggestions?
