My first website design in photoshop, give me some tips and suggestions on how to improve it and what you think about it, also if it were to be on sale as a photoshop template but more than 1 pages, how much are you willing to pay for it?? thanks :) I don't own the graphics used in the design like the laptop, servers, http and desktop graphic, just for illustration purposes

Looks nice! Nice easy simple to read page. Not over crowded. Not to much white space either

Far too many fonts. Can't see why the 'Services' and 'Welcome..' need to be in different fonts.

Other then that, it has a clean, simplistic look that's not too dull.

Plus, regarding the banner, any Fonts that resemble ComicSans in any way are frowned upon in a serious business, keep that in mind. Also try not to overdo Font effects like shadows, glows and the likes.

My advice:
1) As mentioned, cut down on fonts. Use one for body, one for titles, and one for the banner area. For web design, you'll want to use sans-serif fonts in most places.
2) Avoid the handwritten fonts, especially the informal, Comic-sans-esque ones.
3) Avoid font effects like glows, outlines, etc... They mostly just make things harder to read.
4) Stick to a color scheme. Too many shades/hues can make the page look chaotic.
5) Make sure your images convey an idea clearly. Specifically, I wasn't sure what the [http://] box was about. Where you going for something like "http://[YourDomainName!].com"? I couldn't tell.

Anyways, I've put together a mash-up of your design an my suggests. I hope it helps you get an idea of what I mean.

Can't understand why there is an outerglow on the links.
And the mass amount of fonts is a poor choice. I'd avoid any cursive fonts. And as said above, comic sans shouldn't be used by anyone anymore other than someone who teachers in primary schools.
