Stops that image at the bottom being crazy big and over filling the news bit

Originally, the page hid images, but someone wanted them shown.. I guess the scaler wasn't applied to those images. We had a ratio-resizer for images on the front page. Mistakes have been made, I guess, since the implementation, but the new site will remove the need.
