Is this Group of people who work on Guides?
How often does this Group get more people to Join to start Helping?
I think it would be better if there was 100+ Members in the Staff who would be working on Lots of Different Guides.

There are Guide Writers, anyone can write guides.

No, the staff rank has always been granted to the few, very devoted staff members. We have a separate group of people who work on guides, but currently we're in reconstruction.

We actually did have over 100 people in the 'staff', but the staff rank itself was not given too often, because 1. the people disliked having a too high ranked/regular user ratio, and because 2. we just didn't have that many devoted members. Things might change in future though.

If you're interested in helping out we'd gladly accept new members to these teams however, like I said we're currently under reformation, so it would have to wait.

I just make the rank look pretty.
