I'm fairly certain the hidden bump wasn't allowed in every forum.

Can you quote what it changed from? And has spam changed at all in how it can earn you a step?

from what I can tell they have removed single word posts as being spam and double posting :D So are off-topic messages considered spam or is it just a free for all now?
