Half-Witted Episode 101: The Podcast is Back! ON ITUNES

That's right, mogo and I have brought back the podcast. This time we don't have any intentions to stop doing the show and we've improved various parts of the show. Now, the podcast will include some cool musics when you listen to it, something to spice things up. Next, we've renamed the show to Half-Witted, it's explained at the beginning of the show.

Our intentions are to release a show as frequently as possible, and if you're wondering we will have guests on. Any interested in becoming a guest on the show please send me a PM and we'll compile a list of people later. We'll contact you about a week before we do the show that we want you on so you can get everything necessary. Thing you will need is skype, a microphone, and being available when we are to do the show.

This week we're talking about: where mogo and I have been for the year, runevillage news, aion and guild wars, rants and of course of our usual rambling.

Also we'd like you guys to submit any questions that you may have about anything, and to the best of our knowledge we will try to answer them on the spot during the show. To submit a question just reply to this post and we'll go through and pick out a couple questions to use.

Haha this is great. I'm curious though, what program do you use to record the conversation through Skype? I've tried using multiple programs that are basically plugins for Skype but I haven't really landed with one that I like.

I'm displeased with the name change though. "The RuneVillage Show" made it feel more special. :spite:

Edit: Good stuff, guys. I thoroughly enjoyed that. Can't want for the next one.

A couple notes;

Jagex has become a lot more community based in the last year. They've been taking player's feedback and suggestions much more seriously, as well as approving of and encouraging users to use fansites. They even donated prizes from the Jagex Store to one of our RVET events. (I won a wireless mouse. )
As far as RSC goes, they're planning to release their own "private servers" with all the "hack" options, so there's no point in players using autoing programs and other private servers for RSC. That should hopefully open up the game a bit more to anyone who wants to play it.

All in all, good stuff, but you guys seem a bit out of date as far as Runescape/Jagex goes. ^_^;

And I was actually pretty surprised that you guys didn't talk about the rollback during the RV news portion. That was pretty big. :-s

You should stop the music when you're talking, or turn it down further, it makes it a little hard to hear at times

To be fair, it was quite difficult to hear you guys when the music's sound levels were much higher than the sound levels for the both of you.

Third'd, actually. It was hard to hear you guys with the music playing. It wasn't impossible, but it was harder than it needs to be. ^_^;
