if you have your window maximized then it appears at the top and if you have it restore down it appears at the side, its prob one of you staff *shifty* look at Gamestar

Someone has been testing out the Forum image system it seems. Looks very out of place in my opinion as well...

Besides, that block of cheese actually used to be Fantasy Guy's smilie if I recall correctly... I sort of stole it when I was still a starting member here ^_^;
