So uh, Gamestar and I noticed that "You are responsible for everything done on your account" is no longer in the rules.
So really, I could go and...well..do bad stuff :-s and then blame it on someone else being on my account by accident, and not get blamed?
I know that didn't use to fly, and I'm sure it was just missed or something, which is why this was made.

I think we're slightly more lenient on that than what were we in the past. For instance, now, if we have a user who has had his/her account hacked and then spammed on, if this was proven no warnings would be given, to my knowledge.

While, in the past there would be (I'd assume, judging by the wording). But I do agree at least something should be mentioned.

It depends. Usually, we're more lenient on people if their computer was infected with a virus. However, if you give your password to a friend and they decide to screw around on it without asking you, chances are you'll be punished.
