Please submit all information for RuneVillage's Items Database here.

The following is the information we need for items:

Item: The item name.
Where Found: List all the places where this item can be obtained, and all of the people who can give it to you. This includes spawn locations, shops and NPCs.
Quest Item?: Is this item only obtainable through a Quest? Items used for a Quest that are also used for other purposes do not count (eg. Rope).
Member Item?: Is this item only available to use in members worlds? Items only obtainable in members worlds that can be used in F2P worlds are not member items (ie. God Armour from Treasure Trails).
Price: The price is the current Market Price of an item, as shown in the Grand Exchange. If the item is untradeable, the price is "N/A".
Weight: The weight of one of the item, while in your in-game inventory. Some weights are a fraction of a whole number, but while the exact weight is encouraged, we will also accept the weight to the nearest whole number, as it appears in game.
High Alchemy: The amount of GP that the item converts to when the High Level Alchemy spell is used on it.
Low Alchemy:The amount of GP that the item converts to when the Low Level Alchemy spell is used on it.
Examine: The item's examine. Please remember to use correct capitalization, spelling and punctuation.
Stat Bonuses: The stat bonuses that the item gives you when wielded.
Notes: Any additional information about the item. This can include multiple things, such as methods of making the item, quests it is required for, etc.
Image: An image of the item in your inventory. Please submit the images with the RuneScape brightness setting at it's highest, and with the image in .PNG format.

You don't need all of the information that is listed here. Just submit what you can! Your RuneVillage name will be added as a contributor for any item you submit information for. All help is greatly appreciated!

For a list of what is missing from our current entries, please see the Database Contribution Page.

Thanks!

Zues, I've merged your two posts. In the future, please don't double post :)

Thank you for the information on the 3rd Age Range Top. Unfortunately, I can not use the pictures you have provided, as all images must be in .png format.

We need the items at real size. I'm not quite sure why, but your images are being stretched...

Those are too small, Zues.

I'm not sure how you've taken them, but try doing this:
1. Hit the "PrtSC" button
2. Paste in MS Paint
3. Save image as .PNG
4. Upload and post the link given to you by Imageshack, photobucket or any other site you may wish to use.

Also, you saved your .jpg files as .png, but they still kept the blended look that .jpg files have.

As said before, take screenshots of them, but don't stretch or shrink the image. Instead, crop it down so you have a tiny border around the item. It shouldn't wind up taller or wider than 80 pixels. Then save, without saving as anything else in between, as a .png file.

New item: Flail dust
Image
Examine: Flail of Ivandis dust.
Weight: 0.00 kg
High alch: 0 gp
Low alch: 0 gp
Member item: yes
Tradeable: no
Quest item: no
Notes: Left over from Flail of Ivandis, after all its charges are used. No known use.

----------

New item: Masked earmuffs
Image
Examine: More of that crazy Slayer headgear.
Member item: yes
Tradeable: no
High alch: 240 gp
Low alch: 160 gp
Notes: You can build this from Face mask and Earmuffs, during, and after
Smoking Kills quest. You can also disassemble it, if needed.
Quest item: not sure... probably no
Weight (guess): 0.12 kg
(9 x masked earmuffs = 1 kg, 8 x masked earmuffs = 0 kg)

----------

New item: Ring of slaying(8)
Image
Examine: An enchanted ring.
Weight: 0.00 kg (29 rings weigh 0 kg)
High alch: 90 gp
Low alch: 60 gp
Member item: yes
Tradeable: no
Quest item: no
Notes: After Smoking Kills quest, any slayer master can teach how to make it, in exchange for 300 slayer points.
Requires level 75 crafting, gold bar and slayer gem. No enchanting needed.
Ring has 8 charges, which you can use to teleport to Sumona in Pollnivneach, Morytania Slayer Tower, Rellekka Slayer Caves or Tarn's Lair.
You can also check the status of your current assigment, and amount of slayer points, this won't use any charges.

----------
And here's new image for Shield Left Half, item ID 2692 (greater demon dropped one on me today) :
Image

----------

I might add that since most items don't weigh in round kilograms, it is sometimes quite hard to work out how much they
really are exactly, or maybe even impossible.

For starters, weight for raw trout, item ID 0263 :
0.5 kg is not accurate, since for example 13 raw trouts weigh 5 kg in game, but 13 x 0.5 would make 6.5 kg
My quess is 4.275 kg.

Yes, we know, and this debate has cropped up several times both here and in the Database Team forum. In the end, we have decided that, although extremely inaccurate, we will continue to add items to a largest degree of accuracy possible. If we are submitted a weight to the nearest 1 KG, that is what shall be entered. The hope is that better information will later become available to us, much like your submission for trout (which I shall fix shortly). I fear though, as many do, that people will see a weight and trust that, choosing not to find the correct weight of item.

Personally, I would rather not see weight included at all as I don't find it useful or accurate; but it seems that majority of the database team would like it to be kept in place (for now at least). Afterall, we are the other fansite to list weight in our database, so maybe it is one of those small things that will attract people to our site :)

Oh, and for future referance, could you make all images 50px wide by 40 pixels high please.

Thanks again for your submissions,
~ The Database Team

Watch out for a possible duplicate item: Masked earmuffs.
I think I already added that one - albeit with less information :)

None that I could find.

It's a good job somebody checks my uploading, thanks Brainheart!
It's odd, because I must have saved the image wrong (The one for the flail entry was called FlailofIvandisDust.gif)...
Thanks.

Grey ones are seperate entries.

Brainheart, would you mind striking both your posts out, for admin purposes? Thank you.

Bart, I can't add those right now as I'm slightly occupied. But just for your information, we already do save them as .GIF, and not in Paint. But, unfortunately we can't use your current images, as we need them to be 50 pixels wide and 40 pixels high (transparency included) as all of our items are that size. (Consistency for tables, etc.)

But I'm sure Elanthiel or someone else will be glad to add the rest, and alter the images ever so slightly. :)

Darn, I forgot about the dimensions. -_-

And are you sure they're already in gif? Because in the original post it says to save them in png. :-s

I'll go fix the dimensions now.

It meant .PNG if it's in an inventory picture, but we want .GIF if it's transparent directly for the database. I'm sure when Why sees this he'll clarify that in the post. :)

Oh, ok.

And I just realized that none of the images were showing up in the Item Database because I had accidentally blocked images from Runevillage.com. :?:
