So I went through the entire current Items Database, (some life, huh?) and found these mistakes:
Both Adamant Platebody and Adamantite Plate Body are listed. The first says it is a members item (it's not), the second says it is a F2P item.
Adamantite Nails, Artic Pine Logs, Bandos Tassets, Battlestaff, Adamant Cane, Black Nails, Broodoo Shield, Clean Dwarf Weed, Clean Lantadyme, Clean Tarromin, Cleaning Cloth, Crimson Charm, Diseased Kebbit Fur, Ess' Impling Jar, Graahk Headdress, Grimy Cadantine, Grog, Guthix Cloak, Hitpoints Cape, Karambwan Vessel (filled), Khazard Helmet, Marrentil Seed, Mithril Nails, Mystical Robes, Pantaloons, Robe Top [teal], Runecrafting Cape, Runner Hat, Short Green Guy, Slayer Cape, Smithing Cape, Stone Head (lazim), Stone Tablet, Toad Batta, Toolkit, Translation, Troll Thistle, Unfinished Potion (magic essence), Unicorn Horn Dust, Vampire Dust, Whisky, Whiteberries, Worm Crunchies, and Zadimus Corpse are listed as F2P items even though they are actually members.
Whew!
Black Full Helm, Green Dragonhide Vambraces, Maple Log, Maple Longbow, Maple Shortbow, Newspaper, Rune Kite Shield Guthix {Saradomin and Zamorak as well}, Willow Longbow, and Willow Shortbow are listed as members items even though they are actually F2P.
Dwarven Key and Clay are listed twice.
Black Warhammer says "player-made" (not possible).
Artic Pine Logs should be "Arctic Pine Logs" and the location should be finished with "...can be found in Neitiznot".
Bandoes Tassets should be "Bandos Tassets".
