Hey,

Several months ago there was a discussion topic about several changes and requests (file size limit, online banner, etc.), recently Tweedy reminded me that I forgot to finish the last portion - the rank image design.

Firstly, this wouldn't be replacing our current 'rank images' (Sorceror of Saradomin, Board Moderator, Chat Administrator, etc.) but they would be displayable underbanners for the signature field, displaying groups you're apart of. It could also be used for those of you who are a Forum Moderator, well as a Village Legend. Or those of you who are a Village Legend, as well as a Village Staff.

RuneScape Community has great examples of what underbanners may look like, although ours don't necessarily have to follow the same layout:

Now, what is this topic for? It will be for submitting designs for these banners, and after a two week period of time to submit, and then a the judging period will begin.

Limits for Each Underbanner
Height: 15 pixels
Width: 100 pixels
File Size: 3KB
Font: Visitor is recommended, but feel free to choose your own.

If your design is chosen, you'll be required to make an image for each. But it's possible to simply change the font on each should you be chosen.

The font is pretty bad (and the link is broken). Surely the designer can choose their own font?

Okay, I'll change the font. Visitor is just a small compact font used in the majority of underbanners, but if they want to choose something else that's their decision.

As for the dimensions, those are the limits feel free to make anything that size or smaller. They really don't need to be any larger than that.

PS: I tried to keep the "Runevillage" theme, even though some people think it is too dark/ugly.

I was thinking for the Village Staff, a Staff that has "Village" Carved into it

or just "Village" ontop of it but...I can't make it tho.... no good paint skills and can't download any image transformation...

so could someone make it that i can see?

I did submit one for the Online/Offline banner and now I'm actually happy that we got Goten's!
Hopefully he'll make another cool one now, but I'll try to submit one too.

Anyway, I suck at images.. well, no I have been getting better. Might try something tomorrow.
