Guide to Ape Atoll Monkey Guards

Introduction
Monkey Guards are one of the most popular training areas in RuneScape, not only for their high levels and HP, but for their location. Monkey Guards are located directly by an altar, allowing a player to use his Prayer skill to the fullest, whether that be stat boosting prayers, protection prayers, or both!

It also requires no food, so you're free to train there until the cows come home. Although, food is still a good idea, in case you have a slight mess up, but unlike most monsters, it certainly is not a requirement.
