Just an idea really, how about a teamspeak server..like when im on runevillage chat im usually doing something else at the same time and its hard to keep up in the chat whereas chatting using voices is alot easyer to actually talk and keep up with what people are saying.

Not sure how many people would actually use it but is it actually doable?

Good idea or bad idea?

we usually get one of these topics every quarterly.

The usual answer is that it would mean a lot more work for chat mods. Plus, its not easy to censor someone while they're speaking.

Another important reason, I think, is that not every male at RV has a fully developed Adam's apple. This would usually result in them being picked on simply for having a rather high voice, and not taken seriously at all.

But a lot of RVers use Skype, and I think they usually have big huge convos with a bunch of skype users involved, so you could probably try joining that clique.

I think we should make a sticky for idea's that are overused or overposted.

Anyway, It's cheap for the server but getting people to register and have clean cut conversation is hard...Because people talk to others all the time and some people don't like multiple convo's going at once. Also there is a maximum number of rooms you can have.

When worded correctly, truth is never a cliché; This is because so many are attached to their deaf ears.

Moreover, if chat mods were put in charge of it, listening to squeaky kids is something I don't find fun, it's bad enough on Xbox live :D

But yeah, there's a fair amount of people on skype.
