The topic header for tiaras spells them "Tiara's"

The header for combination runes doesn't have a sufficient gap between it and the information above it.

Also it appears you can get pure essence at any level, not at level 30 as it appears in the guide. It seems that whether or not you can get pure essence is based on mining level, not rc level (cheers Lord of Gholi).

Whether or not you can get pure essence *is* based on mining level.

Check the mining skill menu, when you click on the mining skill icon in game. You will see pure essence being listed there .. level 30 and members only. You can get pure essence at every runecrafting level, as long as you are members and have more then 30 mining.
