Well, I noticed RV has a Crandor Map, two Crandor/Karamja dungeon maps, and a Karamja City Guide, but there is no Crandor Island Guide (as of yet :D ). So, without further ado, I present my...
Guide to Crandor Island

Written by: Paidea

Crandor is an interesting island. Once luscious and green, this singed island offers various training spots and a decent array of mining areas. It is highly popular for free players and even some members.

Be warned, the inhabitants of Crandor reach level 82. Do not venture here unless you are experienced/prepared. At least 50 combat is recommended.

Here is a map of the island:

I will walk you throughout the island:


Nothing much is here except for some hobgoblins (level 28). If you are level 56 or lower, they will attack you.

This spot features 7 coal rocks and 1 mithril rock, which is great for mining. The closest bank is Draynor Village for free players and TzHaar for members.

Here reside some king scorpions (level 32). If you are level 64 or lower, they will attack you.
Image


Another mining spot, this time a handful of gold rocks. A scorpion watches you from across these rocks.

A highly popular spot for free players to train when the dungeon is too crowded. Two lesser demons (level 82) linger around here. They will attack all players, so be careful.

Here is where you surface or leave the island. There is no other way to leave besides teleporting. When you drop down you will be in an area with level 25 skeletons.

One of the best mining spots for mithril in the game, the southwest corner of Crandor hides 7 mithril rocks. Usually on free player's worlds there will be someone mining there.

The only other place to find moss giants in free to play besides the Varrock Sewers and the Wilderness. This place is almost always packed in free to play. Three moss giants (level 45) troll this small area. If you are level 90 or lower, they will attack you. Also, they guard three adamant and three coal rocks.

Nothing interesting here besides a group of skeletons (level 25) walking around. If you are level 50 or lower, they will attack you.

Here is where your boat crashed during the Dragon Slayer quest. There are a few plank spawns here, some of which are impossible to reach without telekinetic grab. A few skeletons wander about.

I probably wouldn't mind, I don't really see much that could be changed, but if it strikes your fancy, go for it. Just make sure you post it :D .

We like our maps to have the same general format, as can be seen here. I assume that is what Mageman meant. :)

Wow, I never saw that criteria. I would of course volunteer to fix it, but Mageman said he would take care of it. Thanks for pointing that out; I'll keep it in mind for any future maps I may draw.
