The site in his message is a real site, and it is safe to view, HOWEVER - it's a scam site and signing up won't result in you gaining any money, they don't pay their users (Google it to see the evidence), along with this, the guy mass PMing isn't actually getting the money he thinks he's getting, so he's just wasting his time (Hey, that's what you get for wasting our time!)
