Weren't you there when this previously happened more or less the same way? Perhaps the chat admins should decide that there is no need for a Spam Room as spamming is not to be done on RuneVillage

Pyro : what if there are no chat mods in at the time? I know there is always at least one on, but still. Plus, i'm pretty sure that eventually we would need pretty damn good reasons to open up a 2nd room, instead of just a few people playing a game.

Don't remove the spam room. I like it and use it a lot from time to time, such as for what Jack said. And would you want to make a separate room every time newcomers test emotes?

As to my limited understanding of current chat policies, the "Spam Room" is supposed to be used for text color checks and other oddities ruled to be a distraction in the main chat room. I wouldn't say there isn't a need for the room, but a name change would be more ideal.
