What program do you use ? - You can record from the speakers and have people use skype, and unmute your mic, so that it comes out though the speakers ? - Thats a standard solution, Music you can add in later

I use Audacity. The reason being, reggie, is that if I use Skype, and record the sound coming out of my speakers, that means the people on Skype will hear what's coming out of my speakers (therefore themselves, which means a nasty feedback noise). You could solve that by installing a USB mic in, and therefore telling skype to send information from the mic, and audacity to record from the speakers, HOWEVER, USB mics don't output to your sound card (at least mine doesn't, and i'm not buying another). Therefore, you'd have a podcast, and you'd not be able to hear me.

I did too. If you get a 404 for links like that, the best solution would be to open Windows Media Player (or your music player of choice), click File, then Open URL (right below Open) and copy the link into that box. That's how I had to do it.

I thought the podcast was ok, but the microphone kinda blurred your voice.

Get someone else (Jaron ) to make the next one with you. 2 is always better than 1

Ok, I've worked out I should be able to get around having one PC, by porting the sound through my Minidisc player. That can then record the podcast, which I can then transfer back over to the laptop. It's a bit long winded, but I can go afk to transfer the podcast over at least.

I'll be contacting some users to find out if they want to make appearences for now. Please be aware that there's no way I could ask everyone to make an appearance, and you do have to need a mic, but I'll also be picking people to help pull people in the listen, as well those who I think deserve it for other reasons (I won't just be looking for people iIm friends with, especially as most of those appeared in the older podcasts).
