I haven't noticed it myself. The link you posted still has the quote button.

Are you sure the page is loading fully? RV has been lagging a bit so maybe that button didn't load.

Not before I add a word to it.

Simply refreshing is nothing more then loading the page again. If the page is cached, it will most probably be loaded from cache.
ctrl+F5 redownloads a page, that means that you'll get the code again.
