The item images and stats can be used for the Item Database.

The animated GIF's I think belong to the Capes of Accomplishment Guide (which hasn't been made yet).

Simon, I believe awhile back Malkin started a guide on the skill capes. I'm not sure where that is or if it's done.

As for the cape pictures, they could be used for the Databases. Since you are new to the team, maybe you can add them.
