Would it not be useful to have that linked to the Post/Appropriate section that deals with joining the RVA?

This is because we made it so the "regular users" usergroup could see the forum, but not access it. When Mustang made that change, he probably didn't do that to the Mods/Staff/Legend, meaning they have full access to the forum... which is probably fine.
