I don't get it :(

It means something along the lines of "Out of all the people you could go out with, I'm the best." You're a fish, so I turned it into a reference to the common phrase of "other fish in the sea." Having to explain it kills the joke though.

i could help. being a villager contributer, guide editor AND now database staff leaves me with a bucketload of website experience for someone without 2 shiny battleaxes.

I think he means actually on the site itself, like the actual site runnings and code, not the things we do (like database, editing/coding and writing)
