Introduction

Welcome to Lunar Isle, home of the Moonclans. This is very popular for it's lunar spellbook and rune shop. This city is accessible after starting Lunar Diplomacy and getting to a certain point of the quest. You must have your Seal of Passage worn or in inventory or else talking to anyone on island will get you kicked off.

There are ways of getting to island. They are :

I. If your spells on lunar magics, you can simply teleport to the island. (Fast method)

II. Walk up to Relleka and speak to Lokar Searunner. He will take you to Pirate Cove so you will have to speak to Captain Bentley and he shall take you to the isle itself. (Slow method)

Warning : Outside the city has level 111 Suqahs that can possibly cast ice blitz, holding you in place, so it's suggested having dhide on. (The ones with double swords can do mellee only)

I. Boat

Image

This is the large boat that'll take you to Lunar Isle when doing Lunar Diplomacy. Pretty large with a few cannons. You don't have anything else to do here besides finding the jinxes doing the quest, so let's continue on.

II. Bank

Image

Near the gate entrance to the Moonclan city will be the most important feature here : the bank. Unless you did Dream Mentor, you need to have your Seal of Passage with you to use the bank. This is a quiet place to do skills such as herblore or fletching.

Note: You can bank from Bird's Eye Jack without needing a Seal of Passage after doing Dream Mentor. It helps incase you forget or bank your seal on accident.

III. Clothing Shop

Image

Here is where you can buy your moonclan clothing. Rimae Sirsalis owns the shop.

Moonclan Tiara : 1,000 GP
Moonclan Hat: 1,000 GP
Moonclan Top: 1,000 GP
Moonclan Skirt: 1,000 GP
Moonclan Gloves: 900 GP
Moonclan Shoes: 900 GP
Moonclan Cape: 200 GP

IV. General Store

Almost every city in Runescape has a general store. The shop is owned by Melana Moonlander.

Shears: 1 GP
Bucket: 2 GP
Bowl: 4 GP
Cake Tin: 10 GP

V. Ceremonial Brazier

You will light this when doing both Lunar Diplomacy and Dream Mentor. Nothing special besides lighting it and watching a pretty flame.

VI. Yaga Baba's Rune Store/House on Legs

Image

This is one of the weirdest, yet one of the most useful, features on the isle. North of the bank a bit will be a moving house on 2 chicken feet. When you enter, there will be Yaga Baba, who is the owner of a rune shop.

Air Rune: 4 GP
Water Rune: 4 GP
Earth Rune: 4 GP
Fire Rune: 4 GP
Mind Rune: 3 GP
Body Rune: 3 GP

Astral Rune: 50 GP
Staff of Air/Water/Earth/Fire: 1,500 GP

VII. Mines

In the Northeast section of the island is a dungeon leading to a mine. Here, this mine contains 1 essence rock in the middle, 7 gold rocks, 5 silver rocks, and 4 gem rocks. Only the essence and gem rocks are the hotspots in the mine. Also, there is a hole that takes you the startpoint of Dream Mentor.

VII. Astral Altar

Image

Here is the final feature: The Astral Altar. Not only you can craft astral runes here, but you can pray at the altar to activate/deactivate lunar spellbook. Also, the Oneriomancer sells you lunar clothing incase you lose your's, but it is quite pricy.

Conclusion

Hope you enjoyed this guide and it helps you next time you plan to head to Lunar Isle, home of the moonclans. Enjoy your time with the moonclans!

Runevillage the forum is pretty well much done. Runevillage the group will eventually die, but as long as we're still friends with each other in the end, it's still a pretty big thought in our heads. Runevillage the family is forever, no matter where we settle down. If absolutely nothing else ever comes of Runevillage in the future, that alone is a pretty damn awesome thought.

Can someone update the guide?
