I just got one a few hours ago.

Sort of funny I'm still getting runescape scams when I haven't played runescape for years lol. What are they gonna do, steal my account?

They can do some damage if they gain access to a moderator or administrator account. They can even do some damage if they gain access to a normal account account, because they would be able to read or leak the user's PMs, which of course are meant to be private.
