What book are you currently reading?
I am currently reading the book that inspired my RPG on these forums.
It is called Dragon Lance; Day of the Tempest by Jean Rabe
I would highly reccomend the book.

Here is the Review passage provided by the book:
From the Summer of Chaos
to an era of tyranny.

Once fertile lands are now desert, temperature islands are locked in ice, and cool forests become murky swamps
as the evil dragon overlords bend the very bones of the world to their will. Dark Knights, draconians, and newer,
fouler monsters are flocking to join the armies of darkness. As despair descends on all lands, only one band of
heroes stands a chance of preventing the Age of Mortals from becoming an age of slavery and death.

That is quoted directly from the back cover of the book.

Not really. Whatever book that says to read is what I'm reading now.

Heh, that's what I should be doing, but with exams I'm not planning on going anywhere near a bookstore until Saturday at least...

I've actually become quite taken with some of Oscar Wilde's plays the last couple of days. I read Lady Windermere's Fan, the symbolic but rather empty Salome and A Woman of No Importance - which has a brilliant last line. I'm almost halfway through The Importance of Being Earnest...I couldn't wait any longer so I skipped two plays to it.

I'm currently starting the Autobiography of Malcolm X. So far it's been pretty powerful as to how Malcolm X really looks back on his days as a teenager.

Um, currently re-reading lots of books. I recently read Septimus Heap Book 3: Physik, and before that a lot of the new Star Wars books.

The Graphic Novel version of The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, had it on hold at the library for around 6 months and it finally came in. I started reading MI6, which is a history of the organization, pretty interesting. I'll start A Clockwork Orange once my library finds it, they misplaced the only copy in the entire county.

I have just started Shadowmancer by G.P. Taylor. I just started it so I don't really know what it is about. But, I previously read a book by the same author and it was a very good book so I expect this one to be as well.

I'm reading Bird by Bird by Anne Lamott right now. It's a book about improving one's writing (required summer reading), but I'm enjoying it a lot. There are life lessons alongside the writing lessons, making it a very interesting read.

Eh, recently read Fight Club and Haunted, and now I'm finishing up Survivor. All of them by Chuck Palahniuk.

Coming up for me:
Thus Spoke Zarathustra - Friedrich Nietzche
The Prince - Niccolò Machiavelli
The Republic - Plato
Pale Blue Dot - Carl Sagan
The Fountainhead - Ayn Rand

Just finished I Am Legend by Richard Matheson.

Now...I'm reading Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand. Let's just say it's more than I expected.
