Lol. Ok....I get it now. Honestly, I didn't think 123 seemed suspicious, nor that Kikori's vote was justified. However, the OMGUS vote, followed by 123's next post, specifically: "...knowing I can always vote Jerkstick later" seems scummy as Fuzzy Bunny.
So, I change my vote to The123king.
FOS: Kikori, though.

So I pick a single irregularity and focus on it... and this is new or odd? Or are you implying nipping an oddity in the bud and working out why people reacted to it as they did is less effective than leaving the oddity and focusing on the reactions?

He just didn't seem odd to me at first. He had the same opinion that others (myself included) had. It was odd to me that you singled him out, but after his reaction posts (the OMGUS and the one after it), what he had to say did infact become odd to me. Are you saying that you voted for him and wanted to see the reactions (if so, kudos) or are you saying that he really was that much different than the other people stating the same thoughts (which is where my FOS lies)?

Do you really count three people as a majority enough in this size of a game that you can treat your numbers as substantial?

Numbers mean nothing as far as players go. Numbers of opinions? Yes.

King, since you haven't played before, I'll go ahead and let you know what's going on. A common-ish thing with new players and bad mafia members is what's called an "oh my god you suck vote", or OMGUS. It's where you vote for someone who voted for you out of spite. In rare circumstances you may have a suspicion of someone who drops a vote on you, but usually attempting to vote for them with that quick of a turnaround will get you killed first. That's why the votes are piling up on you.

Since this is King's first game and OMGUS votes aren't necessarily indicative of mafia-hood in new players, I won't be voting for him until I've seen at least another day or two's worth of play from him. I'll keep my vote comfortably where it's at.

I still wouldnt mind axing the inactive. I think doing it earlier is better compared to a late game crunch situation.

Day Two ends!

Apparently, the town is too busy sleeping during the day to actually achieve anything productive, maybe that means they will be awake during the night.

Only the next 48 hours will tell!

Night Two Begins!

Night Two Ends!

Day breaks, and the town returns to the realm of being awake.

Well, most of them do at least.

Upon closer inspection, three members of the town appear to be missing.

The123King was found alive, but curled up in his bed. Despite some very loud noises and rigorous prodding, he refused to wake up. Perhaps he had not been sleeping well recently, and was using this day to catch up on his sleep?

Jaron was also missing, but his house contained not a corpse, but a Mummy!

Well, it seemed like someone had tried to stab Jaron, but then some shoddy doctor trying to emulate the magnificent work performed by the late Dr Henry had wrapped him in bandages to save him. It worked, and soon after the town had arrived at his house, they had unwrapped him like a present as Christmas, and he rejoined the group.

Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Kainth, who was found lying dead in a pool of blood. The knifework which killed him seemed more sporadic and less skilled than the attack on Jaron, but what the assailant had lacked in talent, he certainly made up for in enthusiasm. Honestly, the scene was not pretty. His house revealed nothing of interest other than the dead body, so the town concluded that they had lost one of their own. He was just a Vanilla Townmember.

With their loss, the twelve awake members of town remaining, leaving The123King tucked up in bed for the day, set about trying to discover who amongst them was mafia.

Day Three Begins!

13 remain, 7 votes to lynch!

With all the commotion that the123king was in yesterday, I dont think his muting stems from him agitating the mafia. To me, it would make more sense that the mafia observed the arguing and muted him to make it look like he pissed off someone he was arguing with.

I'm assuming Kainth was killed by the Vigilante and Jaron was attacked by the mafia, clearing Jaron.

After thinking about it a bit more, I guess that if the123king is mafia, then the mafia would want to mute a rookie player so he doesnt have to argue for another whole day and slip up.

And yeah, jaron is all but confirmed

You ruined my magnificent plan, Herr Doktor! ...Whoever you are.

But thanks I suppose. Your plan ended up beating out my plan by just a little bit, so good job on that.

Ok my conclusion. Jaron being Mafia brutally killed Kainth in front of 123king traumatizing him into the state he is in now. Jaron then feeling guilty stabbed himself out of guilt. He was then mummified and his life saved.

So if Jaron really is not mafia, then he either must be a jester or a schizophrenic townie... and if that is so, then I can see the mafia killing him so he can't lynch win, but then who would save him??? it would help neither faction to do so. I don't get it.

I think it's safe to quit saying "vigilante" at this point and start saying "serial killer" based on flavor text. Still useful for the time being.

Spirographed, cause I'm stubborn like that yo.

There better not be a jester in this game, does my head in when they're included. Blue, what's the difference between serial killer and vigilante? Is serial killer a third party role?

What makes you think either role to be the case?
