Ohhh and sorry for the triple post...but this almost confirms the fact that there is no doctor, along with Doc's claim. The doctor should have been protecting Scar last night, but in a WIFOM situation perhaps they saved Rexnub or Kikori instead...

As I said, I'd be leaning towards the fact that there is no doctor. Not that that really amounts to much.

Well understandably I'd rather not be defendant if Kikori is lying and Monk decides to just kill me off, either as mafia or an untrusting town role because Kik can't confirm me... I know I am safe at night, and from Kikori shooting me, but my safety is only ensured in any role other than defendent. If I were to nominate someone, and they choose Kikori as Lawyer, that could work. Who else is there suspicion on then?

Not sure if Kikori's shot would end the phase (if he is telling the truth) but obviously if he could confirm both of us and then we end up voting guilty/not guilty on a THIRD person, we may find a mafia there.

I'm inclined to believe Henry; all mafia kills have been shown as bullets in the flavor, which isn't traditional. Unless things change drastically, I'm not killing him. That said, I'd like Kikori to confirm himself by killing a mafia.

We now have two unclaimed people, meaning some role is lying. One of those unclaimed is the President. I'd think Penguin would've said that in his trial, but since that became a proxy vet of Ex Rex rather fast I can't blame him for not sharing. Eiterh way, it's Penguin or Godders who is our President unless our President is fakeclaiming, in which case you're pretty dumb since we don't actually lose the role.

Which one of you two is it? I'm pushing hard for whoever doesn't claim it, so step up.

A few minutes of typing later, I think I got it. You're suggesting that, because I was Day one's judge, I knew I had time to make my "fake gun" work in my favor to last as long as possible? I'm clever, yes, but not a liar. My role is as I stated. Top likely added the stipulation so I wouldn't be able to shoot my way out of a Guilty verdict, forcing me to make sure I'm still able to play the game as it was meant to be played.

The only reason I didn't shoot yesterday was because two targets COULDN'T be shot, and one of them didn't strike me as needing to be shot. Unless you want to tell me Penguin struck someone as Mafia and I should have pulled the trigger to reveal what was likely a red name.
No? Thought not, otherwise there'd be something about that against me today. Why kill someone believed innocent just to prove my role is real? That still means we're a man down.

The biggest problem with the Kikori-Henry plan lies in that the plan to prove myself by failing to kill Henry involves having a judge who has not roleclaimed, either. We know he's not the PRESIDENT, since the President can't put himself as the Judge. That's about it. The potential that someone gets screwed by the mafia is less than pleasant because someone in the Mafia party can potentially make a post quicker than the good guy of the situation. I'm active enough that I could certainly try to pull my trigger ASAP, and would make every effort to do so.

As it stands, we unfortunately have the following. An unconfirmed one-shot Vigilante, an unconfirmed Buletproof, an all but confirmed Detective who can't see his own investigation results, and three people with no role who seem to be mum about claiming president. I'm getting the feeling it's Penguin, too, but Lander could very well just be a smart man waiting to pounce. He's certainly a smart man.

Want To Nominate: Dr Henry. I'll risk it. Either Monk ousts himself when it's very likely not a LYLO situation--pretty dumb in anyone's opinion--just to Guilty someone who can't die by a gun--slightly less than dumb but still not the best sacrifice in the game. Or I prove my good-guy gun is real, we get two more confirmed names, and the process of elimination becomes SO much easier tomorrow. And the only reason I'm not bolding that Nomination is because there is only one reason I'd nominate anyone else; if anyone is 110% certain that someone (OTHER than myself or Doc) is Mafia. I don't mind shooting an invincible good guy for proof, but I'd still like to shoot a bad guy.
(And the only reason I know I can risk not being the Plantiff for a while is because Henry can make me his lawyer if someone else jumps in as the first voter before me)

I'm the President. I chose Kikori N0 because he tore me a new one last game, and I chose Scar last night. Obviously I expected Scar to die, so my back-up was Monk because he was the only one I was certain wasn't mafia. Kikori is likely scum (but not for sure). Godder's Guilty after Ex Rex's claim made me suspect he would counter-claim today. If Ex is mafia, then I thought Henry would be too because of his Not Guilty. As for Lander, the death of Aragorn N0 fit with previous night kill patterns by him, and would remove his last mafia partner from Pirates. Kikori's defending of Lander also made me suspect, since Lander wanted to do what Kikori was accusing Ex Rex of.

Those are my thoughts. I think we should wait for Godders to explain his Guilty before proceding though. After, we should go with the Henry-Kikori plan.
