D2. I think the title is referring to how the conditions are identical to D1.

Not how the game works. Roles are chosen at random, the host doesn't pick and choose.

Scar.

Same reason/s as yesterday. Also, you've pointed out the blatantly obvious at least twice since this day began.

ALSO...if Market Man is telling the truth, you would have known he was town, and this could have easily been a successful rolefish for you and the renegades.

ALSO ALSO...you remove you vote on the grounds that you don't want to be involved in lynching a role...not because you were satisfied with his response.

So you're voting for me for withholding my vote and for pandering again? Come now, since when have we taken D1 posts so seriously? For that matter one as nonsensical as the one I posted.

As for pointing out the obvious, what else would you have me do if the obvious was my reason for voting for him?

I lost you on this one, how would him telling the truth correlate with me knowing he was town? I removed my vote on him because even though I may not buy his excuse 100% I still trust it enough to not want to risk lynching a useful role like his.

You came after me yesterday for a post that everyone else clearly took as a joke, and then you come after me again today only this time adding on the paper thin excuse of "pointing out the obvious". Your reasoning for voting for me is even shakier than what you claim my evidence against Market Man to be.

Fair. But things have to get serious at some point, and your post was the scummiest.

Quote:
As for pointing out the obvious, what else would you have me do if the obvious was my reason for voting for him?

I wasn't thinking of your reasons for voting as much as I was thinking of statements like 'well, we got a whole lot of nothing accomplished yesterday' and the following:

Quote:
Also, just because you role claim doesn't make anyone voting for you scum. After all all we have to go on at this point is your word.

Stuff like that just doesn't (or shouldn't) need to be said. 9 times outta 10, more is less for the mafia. They will make posts such as these to fluff their posts and make it appear that they are saying/contributing more than they actually are. Your posts are full of stuff like this.

That was some weak wording on my part, I guess. IF market man were telling the truth and he is, in fact, part of the town, YOU, if you were in fact a renegade, would know he was part of the town because DURR you know who your brethren are and therefor the rest of us are town by default (or third party, or whatever). Voting patterns are ALWAYS key in this game. Also, see my comments on rolefishing. Perhaps you didn't move on from N00b because he's inexperienced, perhaps instead you moved on because he said he doesn't have a role.

It's interesting that you say my reasons for voting you are shaky, when really, they're the most solid ones of anyone here, and IMHO, you're the scummiest of anyone here. Your concern with accidentally lynching a 'useful role' concerns me as well. It just seems fake and forced. It's one more thing that normally goes unsaid, but you seem to feel the need to call attention to the fact that you're reluctant to vote for a possible role. Couple this with your apparent want to protect or forgive the 'inexperienced players', and you're building yourself a nice town-looking facade.

I'm rather concerned with how Market's roleclaim has gone basically unchallenged. Something about it just strikes me as scummy; this game's too small to see a lot of pro-town roles, and the gravedigger role's rare enough that a fake-claim of it could be almost assured to go unchallenged. I don't know how far Kikori's taking this whole theme thing, but I doubt he'd remove the doctor and detective roles. That said, with no night-kill, we've got nothing to really go on, and I don't have anything against Market's roleclaim other than metagame and a vague gut feeling. FOS Market, but not going to consider a lynch until we start seeing some night action.

On another note, midterms are starting to pile up hard, so I'll be less active starting Monday, but I'll try and make sure to check this thread daily and post as often as I can.

I'm buying it for now because I don't think Market is wise enough to come up with a fake-claim like that that is believeable.

At this point most posts in this game are full of nothing. Even yours have taken a few insignificant things and tried to blow them up into massive issues through excessive overexplination.

Or, and bear with me here, I unvoted for him because he is potentially a very helpful town role? I also agree Voting patterns are key, but one vote and an unvote doesn't make for a very convincing pattern. I also never voted for Noob so no clue where you are getting that from.

Lander, you accuse me of sounding fake but come on, and on top of the ridulousness of your claims against me you are trying to make it seem like a bad thing that I unvoted someone who could be a very helpful member of the town. Have you even looked at what you've typed so far? You've taken small and insignificant pieces of my posts and blown them completely out of proportion in what seems like a poorly executed effort to lynch me.
