OOC:There's no auto-kill deadline, I've mentioned that several times before. All kill deadlines are going solely by judge's ruling at the moment, and the only people that have authority for that are Crafty to kill Soren at any time and Antic to kill Arthenon as of *checks watch* last night. So only those two can be auto-killed at the moment.

BIC:
As Bob tried to stab Vader, Vader brought his own lightsaber down on Bob's arm again, deflecting Glitch's beam-sword out of the way and making it flash once again. ...Suddenly, out of nowhere, Bob found himself flying backwards! He landed easily fifteen feet away with a loud thud, and carefully got back to his feet. How did he DO that? Assuming it was him, of course. I'm sure it probably was. Time to shake things up...stay frosty.

Pointing his left arm at Vader again, Bob shouted "Glitch, cutter!" Glitch's dial immediately separated from the blue box on Bob's arm and hovered there momentarily. Spikes sprang out from its circular edges, and it began to spin extremely rapidly, like a very efficient sawblade. Glitch then darted in a straight path through the air at Vader, aiming for his neck.

As soon as Glitch left on its 15-foot trip across the field, Bob began running full speed at Vader.

OOC:
Glitch's buzzsaw returns to Bob after it goes through the area it's aiming for. So it shouldn't change directions on you, and it's not like light-speed fast or anything, so Vader could probably easily dodge it if he tried.

BIC: Before Greil could get his arm fully back in, the man came running at him. Just as Greil shoved his arm fully back in, the man got to him. The man placed his hand on Greils stomach. Greil not knowinhg what this was for, used his instincts and kicked upward, towards the man's groin. Then he started running, hoping that no blast was after him.

Kamina's Nodachi length allowed him to defend almost the entire length of his body. As Fancy Coat's blade approached, he whirled, swiping his blade across the incoming steel and using his own momentum to quickly step backward and put himself into another defensive stance.

"You're pretty fast there. Maybe even fast enough to eventually kill me." Kamina chuckled; a mocking gesture? "But how long do you think you'll last after that?" Kamina's lowered his blade and straigtened his fluid stance into an easing stand. "One more. Two perhaps. But everyone else out there seem pretty tough. I doubt you'd be able to notch a second victory to your name." Outwardly he kept a confident smile. Inwardly, he prayed that his opponent would listen and not attack while his stance was lax. He could raise his blade to defend given warning at this distance. He had to make sure he maintained it.

Fancy Sunglasses guarded and jumped back and then spoke. "Heh..." was all Red Mage said. He couldn't let Fancy Sunglasses distract him from defeating him. Mere seconds after FS was done talking, Red Mage shot an Ice-1 at his face, just enough to distract him, fog his glasses, or smack him back, and stabbed at his body immediatley after.

As Griel began to run, Nnoitra shot the bullet straight at him, which was easier considering he was moving in a straight line. "It's over."

As the ice claimed Kamina's face, he coiled and fell backwards. Using the momentum of the hit, he continued to roll himself backwards to avoid a second attack. He had to keep his distance if he was going to talk sense into this guy.

"OI OI OI!" he burst out as he rose from the fall. "Don't you get it? Wherever we are, this place, world, game, whatever it is. This battlefield is an all or nothing deal and your cards aren't so lucky." His long finger extended at Fancy Coat. "You and I... neither of us will be able to win this by just fighting. You seem like a cunning guy, with your sheet that you keep adjusting. Be reasonable. Your wit is the best tool you have against anyone here. Combine that with my sheer manliness and we can both be the last ones alive." Kamina slung his nodachi over his shoulder and stuck his thumb against his chest. "Besides. After all the big boys are out of the way, you can finish me off if you really think you can."

BIC:

Ike looked around the field and wondered what he should do. He had to fight. There was no other option. Getting these people to live in this realm together in peace would be impossible. Ike saw a man with a bright sword slay his second victim.

"I'd best not get involved with that one quite yet... He's aggressive..."

Ike looked around again and saw his father struggling with an opponent

"No... I can't get involved there... I don't want to have to fight my father unless I have to... and fighting by his side might make the final battle that much harder... It's best to leave him alone... to his own battle... I'm sorry father..."

Ike looked in one more area. There was a man with a sword fighting a mage that seemed to have an Ice Attribute. The swordsman wasn't putting up much of a fight anymore... and the Mage still seemed to be unable to harm him... this could be an easy battle. It would surely be easier than standing up with attacks from every side again.

"I guess I'll do it... I might be able to take them both out at once if they stay close together like that... I could let them keep fighting... but that one... sounds like he wants to team up with him... Maybe I don't have to actually fight though... what if I could coax them into continuing to fight..."

Ike rushed near Red Mage and Kamina and began speaking to the Red Mage.

"You can't trust him. He wants to team up with you... but what do you think would happen then? He just wants you to weaken the enemy so he can finish them. Who do you think would get the most out of that? It's always the one that makes the kill that becomes truly stronger with the experience of the kill. Even if you two made it to the end... He'd crush you as if it was nothing! Just kill him. Look at the sword he wields. Those sunglasses. You could keep that loot for yourself if you just kill him!"

Ike kept a grip on his sword. He knew what could happen. If his plan didn't work he'd end up in one of two things. A 3 way battle or a 2 on 1 match with him on the receiving end of their attacks.

OOC: since I'm sure they might ignore this post since I'm not a part of their fight as of yet...

Segment 1 of my post - Before Ike's Arrival

Red Mage considered what Fancy Sunglasses was saying. "Hmm.... That IS a good idea. But I already have an ally..." said Red Mage, glancing to the side and into the distance, to where Meta Knight was fighting the ice-wielding Gray. Just in time to see Meta Knight killed. "...Or not. Alright I acc-"

At that moment, a man with a large golden sword and blue hair ran up beside them.

Segment 2 of my post - After Ike's arrival

Red Mage looked Big Sword up and down. "You can't trust him. He wants to team up with you... but what do you think would happen then? He just wants you to weaken the enemy so he can finish them. Who do you think would get the most out of that? It's always the one that makes the kill that becomes truly stronger with the experience of the kill. Even if you two made it to the end... He'd crush you as if it was nothing! Just kill him. Look at the sword he wields. Those sunglasses. You could keep that loot for yourself if you just kill him!" Big Sword said.

"Oh contrare. Trusting strangers is what I do best. How else would I get put on all those side quests for juicy exp? Perhaps he does, but who's to say that even together we'd stand a chance against the big fellas? And even if he gets the finishing blow, I'd still get exp from the match, so if in the end we have to fight, I'd still be able to defeat him. And the loot can wait until its nessaccary. You made a good point, why trust a stranger? Well, I don't trust you. You have three options." said Red Mage. "Option 1: Flee. I, at least, will let you go. Don't know about Fancy Sunglasses. Option 2: Fight Us. In a two on one, let's see if you can stand a chance. Option 3: Join forces with us. Together, we could take out everyone. Including..." Red Mage pointed to Gray in the distance. "...That guy."

Red Mage jumped back a couple of feet and readied his blade in case Big Sword chose Option 2, and waited.

Attention: I'm now instating a 4-day rule. STARTING FOUR DAYS FROM NOW, if you have not made an in-character post in the previous four days and also you haven't made some "I'm moving" or other explanatory-absense post, and there is an attack bearing down on you, your opponent is allowed to kill you. There is no need to wait past 4-days; in BF7 I waited the allowed three and then 24 hours more. This makes up for that, just finish them off.

This also means that you can't go "Hey, wanna be friends?" and then wait for days and go "HEY NO ANSWER BOOM DEAD." You have to attack if you want the counter to start. Ask them if they want to be friends, then if they're idle, let loose an arrow a couple days later, and finish them off four days past that. If that makes sense.

Kamina stretched his neck, cocking his head from side to side as if he was somehow pulling something up out of his shoulders by doing so. He followed the action with a quick twist and a few cracks. "Really, Strong Man," he was reffering to Ike, "Blunt as you seem, I bet you're pretty good with sums and times tables." He put up five fingers. "This is all of us." He put one down. "And that was you. One out of five does seem like very good odds to me, and there aren't merely four other opponents out there." He brought two more down--his ring and middle fingers. "Now look at these odds. They're quite a bit better. And when everyone else is finished off, then it's just one out of three. Better odds at the end of the day than what you're given right now."


With a short thrust of his hand, Kamina laid it out to Strong Man. "Come on. Pick number two. You'll like it."

BIC: Looking off into the distance one again he saw a large, brawny man with a large sword, trying to... talk his way to being their allies? "I'll ignore that for now..." he then saw a man slay some sort of... being and proceed to strip himself to his undergarments...
"Perfect..." he cast force sprint on himself and started running towards the man.

IC: Vader quickly sidestepped away from the incoming device, and walked towards Bob, who was running at him. When it was only seconds before they would collide, Vader drew his lightsaber again and slashed at full force at Bob's legs.

Ike looked at the two. And thought about the options to himself.

"The guy with the glasses wants to fight. I've never turned down a challenge... and I never will."

Ike pointed his sword at Kamina

"I'll take you on. Whether the mage is involved or not doesn't matter to me. If I have to I can take you both on."

Ike looked at the mage

"Can you really trust someone that fights for pleasure?"

Under normal circumstances Ike wouldn't have any trouble teaming up with these people... but he couldn't... not this time...

"I'm sorry. But I have to defeat everyone here... even my father if it comes to it... I have my reasons..."
