This is Paidea's PM, which is totally allowed because it's not a Print Screen:

Actually that's not allowed.

Sorry, i missed that.

Unsure why quoting wouldn't be allowed, i could just've made it up.

Example:

1) Quoting PMs is against the rules, we've had enough trouble in the past from that.

2) In no way does that prove anything. You made up a PM. Not difficult. Not in any way conclusive of anything. As far as I am aware, I stayed at home last night. I have no special role.

Look, I clearly got a PM from Paidea saying so:

Paidea wrote:

It just seems very unlikely that both Market and Godders would be mafia.

One of you has to die to test Godders' N4 report. So my question is, who would be more useful to the village?

I'd rather accidentally kill a vanilla villager than accidentally kill an innocent tracker.

That said, I'm completely open to ignoring the two of you and lynching Phantomrose instead, if we can get a nice train going on that.

Yeah, i didn't think to check until after i posted, because i was like 99.9% sure that you just weren't allowed to Print Screen, and now im not really sure what i should do, because for all anyone knows i still faked it, and this could be me using reverse-reverse psychology or something like that. All i can say is that it won't happen again OR potentially never happen in the first place.

This, basically. All the watcher/tracker/stalker roles and the claims related to those roles have been disparate from their usual mechanics.

Ignoring the fact that quoting your pm is against the rules, the pm quote seems to describe the watcher role, not tracker.

@Jack, what exactly is your motivation for insisting upon lynching Phantom, as far as I've seen, nothing she has said has been mafia-esque. Admittedly, she has been mafia and outwitted us twice now but I just don't see it.

If i was a watcher, it would say "X person visited Dr Henry" or because i'm watching there house, but as a tracker i am following my chosen person so it says "Dr Henry went to X's house".

Phantom

If it gives me an extra day to prove Godders is making up his results then I am for it. As Aragorn said, Phantom has tricked us twice as mafia, Jack has been after her most of the game, and if Godders were really tracker he would die tonight regardless so I would be lynched tomorrow without fail... so seems like the best option

Actually, his PM (fake or not), claim, and reports fit perfectly with the Tracker role.

I lied about trackers learning actions. I wanted to see if I could get Godders to say something that isn't true about Tracker roles.

Trackers learn only who a player targets, not what was done to that player.

Dr Henry's tone seems to have taken a subtle change since Godders gave us his N4 report. He sort of has a "pssh whatever" reaction to Godders' claim.

Anyway, all these stupid Fuzzy Bunny roles are confusing me, and even more confusing is the possibility that Paidea himself may have mixed up or adjusted the mechanics of these roles.

For my own use, I'm creating a list of the tracker/watcher/stalker claims and their latest reports. Maybe it'll be useful for the rest of you.

If it's in quotes, it means that their report is inconsistent with their role.

bluecoat (Watcher)
N1 Watches own house; Market Man6 visited him
N2 Watches own house; No one visited him
D3 Claims Watcher

These are all consistent with a Watcher's abilities and reports.

Market Man6 (Stalker)
N1 "Watches" bluecoat's home; bluecoat didn't leave
N2 "Watches" Jackstick's home; Jackstick didn't leave
N3 "Watches" Godders' home; Godders left
D3 Claims "Watcher"

His reports are inconsistent as a watcher, but they are consistent with his true role; stalker. He checked if people LEFT their home, not if they had any visitors.

Godders (Tracker)
N1 Tracks Market Man6; Market Man6 visited bluecoat
N2 Tracks Topsummoner; Topsummoner didn't leave
N3 Tracks Jackstick; Jackstick didn't leave
D3 Claims Tracker
N4 Tracks Dr Henry; Dr Henry visited Topsummoner

These are all consistent with a Tracker's abilities and reports.

OKAY LETS SEE

Dr Henry, if you're Mafia, then you and your Mafia buddies made the worst possible decision last night by killing Topsummoner.

Up until this morning, all of Godders' reports were such that they could be regurgitated by anyone, even Vanilla villagers without special roles.

That changed this morning, though. Now we know that his N2 report on Topsummoner is true, and not just a lucky guess. And I personally know that his N3 report is true, because I don't have any special roles. His N1 report is consistent as well.

Topsummoner's death has given Godders a shred of credibility. And that's still more credibility than you have, Dr Henry. Switching your vote to Phantomrose, when we were only two votes away from lynching Godders, makes you look incredibly flustered.

My vote stays on Dr Henry. I still think Phantomrose is Mafia, but now there's more certainty in Dr Henry.

Well, I goofed up with the bluecoat/market noise earlier on. I don't want to make the same mistake this day. Dr Henry, you don't have your usual confidence. You still sound angry, that is certain. But compared to what I've seen of you, you are being incredibly tame. You are likely hiding something. unvote.

After catching up on today's activities, I am going to say that Godders is our mafia squeaky squeaky. There is no reason I can think of and no benefit so great that the mafia would let an investigator live, especially since the body guard is dead. If I am wrong, Dr Henry and his usual tactic of what I imagine is yelling at a speak and spell to form his posts, should go into the gallows tomorrow.

Killing him tomorrow does no good no, by then you would've realised i'm innocent and he's Mafia, and the Mafia would've pretty much already won, you'd have to kill 3 people at LYLO in a row, unless you lynch him now.

Godders, if this is a mistake, your head goes tomorrow. By the same logic, we will only know our mistake after the fact.

And now a haiku:

Dr Henry dies
For a sudden tonal change.
Speak and Spell, AHOY!

Firstly my vote for Phantom was a joke based on how ridiculous your comment was. You've given no evidence yet keep pushing for Phantom. I didn't check the vote count for Godders, thought I was the only vote for him, and for that I made a mistake.

Secondly, what credibility? Godders watched Bluecoat die. No Watcher. He watched Sighence die. No Doctor/Bodyguard. He cleaned up Frisky (Tracker). He knows the town is left with only vanilla roles, so obviously he can just list any villager name and say they didn't leave and they will 'confirm' it. All he has to do now is throw other mafia members under the bus every now and then to 'confirm' himself more and he will be the last surviving mafia, winning it.

He will then keep using WIFOM as an excuse for why he is still alive rather than killed the first night possible.

Jack, answer me truthfull here. Do YOU really think I would have left Godders alive, a claimed tracker, and risk the game, if I were mafia? No. The only reason he lives is because mafia cannot kill each other.

Godders. Just to clarify, he is the mafia. He either is the cleaner, or the cleaner is someone else, but he claimed Frisky's role and is using that against me right now.

Hey guys, sorry. Like Imasquid said, I have been very busy with finals, checkouts, and moving out of my room. Sorry. :(
I haven't played with you guys before this, so I do not know everyone's style very well. I am suspicious of both

I haven't played with you guys before this, so I do not know everyone's style very well. I am suspicious of both Dr Henry and Godders however, I do not get how we see Godder's report as legit. Though his claims are consistent with the role of what a tracker does, the fact of the matter is, he announced Topsummoner's death after Paidea announced it to us (though this cannot be helped). So I do not see much credibility in his claim. He could have picked out any one of us and claimed that we visited Topsummoner last night. Also, with so many tracker/watcher role claims going around, I feel this hurts him even worse, because I can't just trust him right away like I would if no one had claimed those roles.

As I have stated before, I do not know everyone's style, so I cannot make a judgement call based on how Dr. Henry has been handling the game. So, I cannot tell if what Squid is saying is true or not. However, I still feel suspicious.

So, I'm going to vote for Godders just because I feel I have more to go off of then Dr. Henry.

Kisshoten, I'm talking about Godders' Night 2 report.

On Day 4, Godders claimed that he tracked Topsummoner during Night 2, and that Topsummoner didn't leave his home. This was when Topsummoner was still alive.

Top was killed Night 4.

I was having a very real and serious dilemma until this post. You're boned, man.

If I believed wholeheartedly that I had found a mafioso (a claim you level against Godders) my vote would, under no circumstance, change. IF you are town like you said, your vote shouldn't and wouldn't waver from Godders. Yet it did. And you quickly changed it back to save face.

Dr Henry

Jack's logic stands to reason as well. One of these two must die. One has claimed tracker, and the other has claimed vanilla. The choice is easy.

Also, Imasquid, my logic is on voting for you is actually rather sound. Instead of using a clever tissue metaphor, why don't you address the actual issue? Almost every mafioso I have found has had evidence against them via voting patterns. Two living people were on the Blue train, while not being on the Market train. That's me and you. I know what I am.
