Well at this present moment, whether Lander is lying or not, I don't see enough evidence to lynch him. At the very least, I think it is very unlikely that he is the demon if he has roommates, think they'd notice.

Gut feeling says that Penguin is mafia, and Rat King. Bluecoat and Frisky are still my options for Demon at this moment.

Monk I am not sure about, nor Paidea, and the other inactives aren't priority at the moment.

Not sure what to look for I am going to propose a thought experiment.
We know that the demon wants to control the village and cult is suppose to protect the demon but appears to want him dead as well.
The mafia want to kill the demon and town.
The village wants to kill the demon and town, but wants to salvage the possessed, if possible.
Given these truths, think about this.
Person A: Says they are Village aligned and have a role that effects Demon/Cult and Mafia
Person B: Claims/Votes Person A is Demon/Cult
Person C: Claims/Votes Person B is Demon/Cult
Assume we have no outside information to establish who each person is.
Person A's claim does not matter. Person B is most likely town or mafia, but most likely not Cult as that goes against protecting the demon. Person C should know if Person B is mafia. If he knows he is Mafia he would not vote against Person B. If Person C was the Demon he would want to protect Person B and would most likely support his logic. If Person C was a townie, he would claim Person B was either Demon/Cult or Mafia, given that Person A is a problem for both factions.
Therefore Person B, given this logic, is most likely a villager and Person C is most likely Mafia.
Now, lets add names to the variables. Person A is Me, FriskyAlpaca, Person B is Imasquid, and Person C is MarketMan6. Go back and read the chat logs, I believe they will support my logic.

why not? if someone claims, that will entirely change the way they are looked at for the rest of the game. it is completely relevant, and should not be overlooked or ignored.

how do you come to the conclusion that person B is not a cult? in your little theoretical world, person A has claimed he has a role that effects the demon. you fail to mention how. so person A remains ambiguous. therefore nothing can be presumed about person B.
BUT we all know you are referring to when imasquid voted for you, and i called him out on it. SO in that situation, you claim to negatively affect the demon(who is against the town). that is a good thing for the village. having you around will impact the demon negatively, and make life easier for the village. so whoever wants you dead, HAS to be against the village. and all for the demon. AKA cult. again, how? if me(person C ) knows that imasquid(person B) is mafia, it is either cause we are both members of the mafia(which isnt the case) OR i have a detective type role and i investigated imasquid(also, this is not the case).wrong. if im the demon(im not) i dont give a about imasquid. the only thought i would give him would be "should i consider converting him?".
if i were the demon, the person i WOULD care about, is you(the person that effects the demon negatively.) the demon needs you dead to win.which i did.

you are right; i only said he was a cultist.
cause the mafia dont need to kill you to win. the mafia win as long as they outnumber the villagers(and for this game, the demon has to be dead(unless he is a mafia)). basically, to the mafia, they dont care if you are dead, or a minority. they win either way.
so, for someone that proclaims to want you dead, cult is the most logical thing for them to be. mafia is still an option, but not as likely as cult.


oh, ok. you are saying you are not interested in personA's claim, you are wanting to analyse the reaction of the others around person A.

I would like to point out that I never actually voted for Frisky, I highlighted some of the other points that other players had made. If everyone who has ever made a vote against Frisky is cult then we have at least the five people who voted for him yesterday as well as me for questioning him. I do not believe his role claim. Dr Henry and Aragorn do not believe it either. If they did, they have no need to investigate him in the evening. I predict that Henry and Aragorn are both going to try and check him out this evening. Henry will find, assuming he also isn't lying, that he left. Then, given that the mafia or cult don't take him out, he will report to us in the morning that he is the commuter and then we can leave him alone.

I'm not just jumping on Frisky's band wagon, he actually had some of the very same reasoning I had in my mind. I forgot that the mafia does not need to kill him to win. Noob mistake. I still think that you are mafia. A member of either faction has no reason to call out fellow members or try and kill them. That leaves you either town or mafia aligned. I think that because you want me to be cult, you have to be a member of the opposite faction. You have done nothing to suggest otherwise. Besides calling out the lurkers, which is completely based in inanity.

If you were the demon and I were a cultist, you would want to keep me alive. Lest you undo your recruiting. Frisky just sucks sometimes at English. Also, I am glad copy pasta says fuzzy bunny. Made my night.

If you guys want to actually get a lynch out, I am going to need more of a reason to vote Rat than he is inactive. He is truly unknown. Market on the other hand acts suspicious and jumps the shark. We can't tell who the demon is at this point, so I think we should simply go for a more obvious enemy.

Muffin Attak: THREE! Three attacks happened last night!

Jackstick: Holy ! That is terrible! Well, at least the coffin store has a Buy 2 Get 1 Free deal.

Muffin Attak: Actually, that third coffin won't be necessary. Indeed there were three attacks last night, but only two deaths. Aragorn Ix was among those attacked.

Jackstick: How's he holding up? Alive? Dead?

Muffin Attak: He was the one who survived. According to him he was attacked by an unholy force last night, probably by an agent of the Demon. By all means he should be dead, but someone must have been watching his house last night in anticipation of an attack, and that someone was able to intervene before the attack was complete.

Jackstick: A doctor? Has a new one moved into town since the death of Dr. Scar?

Muffin Attak: No, I don't think it was a doctor. Indeed they had a good bit of medical knowledge, but nothing like that of Dr. Scar's. In fact, it's a miracle that they were even able to save Aragorn. This looks like the work of a nurse.

Jackstick: Oh, hey, then it must have been Nurse Paidea! Good guy, that Paidea. Glad he's still alive and having a pulse and stuff.

Muffin Attak: Just the opposite, actually! Paidea was found dead this morning. Judging by the amount of stab wounds, I'd say he was killed by the Mafia. Good riddance, too! A journal was found in his home, with some very disturbing entries about his allegiance to the Demon.

Jackstick: That's a little harsh, don't you think? That means he was possessed, so of course he's going to write those things. But in his final day, he managed to save someone from an attack waged by the Demon. I'd say there was still some good left in him, and it's a shame that we've lost him.

Muffin Attak: Perhaps you're right. But can the same be said about all of the possessed individuals? Moving on, the third attack was on Market Man6. His journal looked a lot like Paidea's, so he too must have been under the Demon's possession.

Jackstick: Did you get a look at the body?

Muffin Attak: Briefly, yes. It was clearly a stabbing attack, but I don't think this was done by the Mafia. Their knives are state-of-the-art. Have you seen them?! Honestly, sometimes I think about joining the Mafia just so I can have one of their awesome knives. *Ahem* Anyway, this particular attack was carried out with a old rusty knife. It broke before the attacker could even pull it out of Market Man6's chest.

Jackstick: It's a strange feeling. These deaths have significantly weakened the Demon's control of the town, but it's not exactly something worth celebrating. Possessed or not, we lost two Villagers last night, and the Mafia remains at large. Is there a way out of this?

Muffin Attak: I don't know, man. I don't know anything anymore!

It was a coin flip for me between Penguin and Market, both had made me suspicious at points, and market was more quiet than usual. One of Rat King, Frisky or Imasquid have to be mafia, more likely 2/3.
