OOC: I was talking about Neku's ability to attack...with clones popping in and out, he won't be able to attack as well. Like now, for example.
BIC: Completely out of the blue, a person wearing black robes with red cloud symbols appeared right in the path of the blaster bolts. Before anyone could do anything, the first bolt hit dead on, causing the new person to explode into a cloud of smoke, leaving the rest of the bolts to pass through harmlessly. Before trying to figure out the source of this happening, Fett used his infrared sensor to check if any of the bolts had hit the young man.
OOC: Jaron, Kikori probably made it worse for you, as now you can't see the blaster bolts coming at you. If you don't post within three days of this, they'll hit you.

OOC: I would have posted last night if not for RV's sudden downtime. The sudden Shadow Clone stuff is odd, though. If I don't account for it well or something, let me know I guess, since I have no idea what they're like.

BIC:

Fett spread out an array of blaster bolts at Neku's position on the ground, who decided to activate a new pin instead of try to run, since there were too many bullets coming. Upon using Splash Splash Barrier, an orb of water surrounded Neku.

OOC:

Splash Splash Barrier lasts up to 7.5 seconds per use, and heals Neku a tiny bit for every bit of damage he would have otherwise taken.

BIC:

However, out of nowhere, some guy in black robes appeared--took a hit--and then vanished in a cloud of smoke. Neku's train of thought was literally derailed until the remaining bolts flew out of the cloud and hit the barrier head-on. Feeling better (but only a little) with the hits, Neku tried to sprint to hit as many of the bolts as he could (which wasn't terribly though since they were fairly scattered but in a semi-close range.)

As soon as the last of the bolts came, Neku deactivated the pin and grabbed two new ones. "It won't work on you? Hell if it won't." With Pegaso and Lightning Rook in hand, Neku pointed into the dark cloud at the direction of where the bullets had come, palm forward. From such a distance, the bolts may have been spread out, but it was easy to determine the one spot they started from, like a vanishing point on a horizon. Combined with Neku having moved quite a bit to catch the spread-out bolts, Fett was in for a surprise. A large bolt of lightning came straight out from Neku's hand and went straight towards the spot Fett had fired from. (This bolt was going to continue at torso-level, instead of hitting the ground or anything.)

OOC:

Lightning Rook
"Touch empty space and Neku will fire lightning in that direction. Inflicts damage on contact."
104 Attack (fairly high)

Pegaso
"Increases the Attack of any Pegaso pins Neku is wearing."
Lightning Rook is a Pegaso-brand pin, so its Attack power is boosted.

OOC: Nice try, but no. Fett moved, too.
BIC: Some sort of shield had protected the young man from the blaster bolts, and he had even tried to get hit. Maybe he could absorb the energy? To keep his position hidden, Fett was already moving slowly to the right; once he had gotten to about ten meters away from where he was, he looked through his scope and aimed at the young man via infrared, just in time to see a huge power build-up...and a bolt of electricity pierced where he was just a few seconds ago. Fett responded with a trio of shots aimed directly at his opponent.

Every form of offensive energy that came out of Fett came out of the gun in his hand. Itachi signalled to his clone to aim for it and got a nod in conformation... Good. Both of the Itachi dashed forward, seemingly disappearing with speed while appearing at random intervals to throw shuriken aimed at where Fett's gun was or would be if he simply stepped away. In the distance it took to get to him, nine shuriken total were in the air.

To try to keep Fett held so his gun would be sliced, the Szayel-clone created clones that started holding onto Fett's gun arm. The two Itachi continued running after the shuriken, slightly slower to give them time to respond.

OOC: Shuriken? This is a blaster rifle. Durasteel, beskar, and other strong alloys. It's survived the length and width of the galaxy, and no little throwing star is going to cut it.
Oh, and the gun is far from my only weapon. You're in for a surprise.
BIC: Just after he had gotten the shot off, two more of the men in black robes materialized and grabbed his arm. Was this the work of the young man he was fighting? Fett didn't think so. Someone else was interfering with his bounty. Someone else who had thrown little black throwing stars at him. Even before the...clones?...grabbed his arm, he was bringing his other arm around. Before the primitive projectiles hit, Fett burnt the two clones on his arm off with his flamethrower. The resulting cloud of smoke obscured his vision, but his ultrasonic sensors picked up the throwing stars coming at him. He rolled, dodging six, taking one on his non-gun shoulder, another on his helmet, and one hit his gun's siderail. None of them did any real damage, just bouncing off. As the stars hit, Fett fired off a spray of bolts at the two IR signatures coming in extremely fast.
OOC: More shots, coming right out from a cloud of smoke. Have fun with that. Oh, and no sharingan. You can't see Fett's eyes.

OOC: Don't go back to being the Tahu you said you were trying to change from. I know about Boba Fett, Itachi doesn't. I know the weapons, Itachi doesn't. I'm not in for a surprise, I'm starting to expect what I've seen before in past topics.
No sharingan, either? More like no Tsukuyomi or hypnosis. That's about it. Time to prove just that.

BIC...

Itachi's eyes tracked the flow of the energy through Fett's weapons, seeing the bullets coming before they even left the gun. Both Itachi got out of the way and decided to get creative with their jutsu.

Itachi jumped up, peering through the smoke to see Fett. Itachi knew he could be seen, but he didn't care. From midair, he focused his energy on the grass beneath Fett's feet, drawing more oxygen than hydrogen from the plants to create a very odd version of water. The Itachi clone flashed behind Fett and waited...

Itachi shouted "Die!" at the bounty hunter as the 'water' shot in spikes, encasing (but not piercing) Fett's lower body in ice spikes. The moment the liquid turned to ice, the clone blinked, and small black flames sprouted from within the ice. Hydrogen caught and burned. Oxygen soon followed, erupting the entire ice carving in an enormous, localized explosion around Fett's waist, no doubt blasting into his body.

OOC: Neku would probably be hurt by that, but unless Fett can take an explosion to the face unscathed due to his armor, no doubt he's hurt and his equipment is damaged. Time to start relying on wits, Tahu.
And melting the flame early wouldn't work. Nor would moving, the 'liquid' could freeze instantly by the technique's ability anyway (Water Fang Bullet, if you're curious). You get exploded no matter what you do. Let's see you take a hit for once.

OOC: Ok, ouch. That's going to hurt like heck, leave one heck of a bruise, and send me flying. Damaged equipment? Not really--this is beskar. Lightsabers don't scratch it. Pain? Yes. One-time technique? Also yes. The next time you use it, Fett can escape because he'll anticipate it (probably by blasting away from the water area with his jetpack before you can shoot it in spikes).
Oh, and oxygen doesn't burn per se. And how is an autohit attack forcing me to rely on wits?
BIC: Fett was blasted flying by the explosion, but managed to right himself in midair and descend safely to the ground with his jetpack, all the time firing sprays of bolts from his blaster at the two identical men. He noticed his bolts were listing to the right a bit, but only by a few degrees. It would make sniping tough, but at these ranges it wasn't a problem.

Jak saw the clone fire supernova at him, and quickly did light shield. He hoped it would be enough to shield him.

OOC: And yes, he can do light shield in the air. It is mainly used like that in the infinite flight glitch, but it can be used in the air.

OOC: At this point, I think Neku's effectively out of the fight. He can take potshots, but not without getting attacked back.

OOC: It's an auto-hit that you have a choice of how you're hit by it. Lightsabers, as you said anyway, basically work by having a localized magnetic field so powerful that it can cut through the body. I can only assume that beskar isn't scratched because it can stop the magnetics and not the photon beneath it. :<
And it's a play off a dry ice explosion I saw. Thermite superheated it enough that the hydrogen and oxygen were split into seperate atoms. Hydrogen caught, oxygen caused the ice to explode violently, and nothing was left. This is far more localized and oxygen rich. More tremendous bang with a smaller area.
As for one-time technique, that will only be because I try to be original in my techniques and tactics. A good shinobi waits for a chance to attack, and I could probably do this again if I wanted.
As for 'wits', because you've allowed yourself to take no damage except for your helmet being shaken around. I'm against you now, son.
And Neku's not out, it's just a three way now.

BIC...

Both Itachi slid effortlessly side to side to avoid being shot at. As soon as Fett touched the ground, Itachi instinctively reached for a kunai. His fingers brushed a cloth, and he froze in place. Holding one out with his palm up, Itachi simply stated, "Wait, please."

A moment of silence was given and Itachi could calmly raise his headband, once again tying it around his now hornless forehead as the sunlight shined off the metal. The entire time, his eyes focused on Fett, ready for any ambush. The clone was perfectly prepared to intefere, too, but Itachi would trust Fett's honor in not attacking a target that wouldn't be able to fight back.

The moment Itachi finished tying the headband, he looked long and hard at Fett. "You are strong to survive such an explosion. I may not enjoy conflict, but you are a challenge." Itachi hunched and tensed himself, once again prepared to battle.

(You were PM'ed, Tahu, asking about this before you posted, so I assume the PM was missed or ignored. If you'd be so kind as to respond, I'll see if this post needs editing.)

OOC: I say that I'm at a distance where it would wound the clone, not mortally, but pretty bad. And I think at least some of the blast would get through the light shield.

Blasted away by the supernova, Clone Jak turned into Light Jak, and used Light Regeneration to heal himself, before turning back to normal. (I don't know how much Light Eco he has, but I'm guessing I'm close to out of it. Shield, Flash Freeze, and Regeneration.)

Clone Jak got to his feet, and began to fire Vulcan Fury rapidly at Jak.

OOC: No, lightsabers cut by using plasma to melt/burn their way through most anything. The plasma is surrounded by an electromagnetic field to keep it in place instead of spraying like a plasma cutter. The metal that causes a lightsaber's EM field to short isn't beskar, it's something else. I'm using the lightsaber as an example; beskar can withstand blaster bolts, small to medium physical projectiles (think 20mm bullets and the like), and giant explosions fine.
BIC: "You're powerful yourself. Are you Sith? You seem to use the Force with great ability." Fett thought the man looked very Sith-like, with his black cloak, red eyes, and pale skin, but so far no lightsaber. He leveled his blaster at the one who had spoken and fired a concussion grenade at the two, ready to blast whichever one came out of the explosion.
