OOC: Grenade time. Rat, you're maybe ten feet away from the door when it goes, and the other two are far enough away to avoid the full blast. However, metal room, so it'll come from everywhere and go some distance down the corridor (bad for me, but I have my helmet, so no matter).
BIC: Bang. The Concusser went off in a blinding flash of light and sound. Even behind he polarized visor Trouble had to close his eyes to avoid seeing spots. He wondered how the Mud Man had fared.

Vamp felt an annoying sensation in his head. A flash grenade... Could he be here?

"Let us see what this annoyance is... are you here scout? Let us have some fun."

Vamp stood up and finally walked through the portal. He found himself on a ledge and below him was a larger room... but it was empty... had he been closer before going through? The portal behind him now showed a different area than he was in before. This time he saw a small blur and a man fighting... This was not what he was looking for. After a few moments he saw a strange looking man on a ceiling fighting a strange asian man... again... not the scout.

"How dreadfully boring..."

Vamp sat back down and watched the fights alternate in the portal.

OOC: The sound will maybe bounce around the room because of it being metal, but the light would just be reflected for a brief moment, and Reaper is facing away from the hallway exit, with his eyes shut and ears plugged. Plus, Reaper would be farther than 10 feet, seeing as he has enhanced speed, so I would say about 18 feet.

BIC: Reaper saw through his eyelids what appeared to be a big flash, and he heard a sound that made him hear a lound ringing in his ears drowning out everything. The sound had even made it even though his ears were plugged. Reaper unplugged his ears and turned around. All he could hear is the ringing.(OOC: That will render him practically deaf for the entire battlefield.) He aimed his gun, waiting for the midget.

BIC: After the grenade's light and sound faded, Trouble ran down the corridor and to the corner where it met the main room. From there, he started shooting at the Mud Man.

IC: After a short electronic bleep, the computerised voice from before was heard again. "The Enrichment Center has detected various test subjects with the ability to restore injuries, such as amputation. The Enrichment Center woud like to warn these subjects that overusage of said abilities results in an unfair testing session, and doing so will force the Enrichment Center to [garbled]"

OOC: The above is simply a pre-emptive measure, no punisment will be dealt yet, it's simply to warn you not to overuse regeneration.

IC: Chell grapped the Aperture Science Handheld Portal Device that was lying on the table near her bed, and left through the portal and into the chamber. Then, she shot a blue portal at a wall at at the far end of the main room, while shooting an orange one underneath herself, causing her to warp to the main room.

Geez, Kool-Aid's taking long to answer my question. I'll assume the answer is no I guess :-s

IC: The man dodged The Fear's bolt and turned to face him, but The Fear was already gone. The second he had fired his bolt, he had leapt down to the ground simeotaniously activating his stealth camo, and used his abnormal speed to rush to the man's side in just over three seconds. Once there, he stopped and swung William Tell at the man's head.

THE FOLLOWING IS ONLY VALID IF MY SWING HITS

As the man stumbled/fell down, The Fear drew Little Joe and quickly fired three normal bolts.

OOC: So, you have a heavy crossbow coming at your head from litterally nowhere, because Stealth Camo makes The Fear invisible. You might've been able to see the air shimmer a bit, but I doubt it, seeing how you were too busy dodging, picking up and crushing the bolt, and turning back to where I was... enough time for me to reach you.
