Saren was too distracted rushing towards the man to feel the clone hitting his back, thankfully, his kinetic barrier deflected the blow, and Saren in an amazing feat of speed grabbed onto the man, his sword not penetrating the barriers, and fired a rocket barrage into the ground where Ryu was standing. Using the strength of the blast to propel himself upward, Saren quickly turned around and fired another barrage straight at Ryu . Unfortunately, that blast completely took out his kinetic barriers, along with damaging his armor casing.

OOC: The kinetic barriers took the blast, you took 7 rockets to your body. With 7 more going your way at 5000 mph.

Antic, you wanna explain yourself a little more thoroughly? Because it sounds like you auto-hit AoB, and are sending some nearly undodgeable missiles his way.

Let me rephrase, I latched onto him and shot my missiles into the floor, damaging him and damaging me, there really wasn't much he could've done to doge, and it hit me as well as it him, however, the only reason I didn't take as much damage were the kinetic barriers. The blast threw me REALLY far out, and considering he's dodged the missiles before, he can probably do it again. They're going at the same speed as they were before when I fired the blasts.

OOC: Kinda sounds godmoddy to me. 5,000 mph? Not even a ninja would have those kinds of reflexes. Furthermore, since you're airborne and your missiles are going that fast, you should fly backwards. While physics take a backseat to canon, you can;t really ignore Newton's Third Law, especially since you're from a series that seems to pay close attention to that sort of stuff.
Sorry if it's not my place to butt in; I'm just waiting for Discrimin8 to post.

OOC: I coulda sworn I had posted. Maybe I dreamt of it...

BIC: Olaf had delivered a painful, but not fatal blow to his enemy, at the "cost" (he liked to think of it as bittersweet) of being impaled with a few blades. Knowing his opponent would take a second to re-asses the situation, he drew the blades out of his body, and did the same.

After what had seemed like quite some time, he decided giving his opponent back his blades was an honor he would have to do at his burial. He pitched the bloodied swords many feet away, and let his mind focus back on the battle.

"I will CRUSH you now!" Olaf yelled as his muscles seemed to bulge slightly, and a certain electricity surrounded his body, as his weapons began yet another "transformation", they began to crackle and hum, as his Vicious Strikes was activated. He then ran full force at Mifune, head lowered, hoping to headbutt his opponent and take him off his feet.

Either way a missle from point blank range will kill a human. Good job Whining to make it impossible for me to even RP and then kill me in 1 shot  Im outta here

OOC: Isn't Ryu able to withstand small explosions anyway due to being both superhuman and a video game character? Damage is relative and shouldn't be crippling this early into fighting.
Agreed, though, that Antic needs a check in give-and-take.

BIC...

"Great. If I move away or if he just gets away, they'll just keep coming and growing in size." Riku had to pursue Jack, and started doing so by trying to roll and glide through the air out the side of the web of beams. Given Jack's aim and distance, though, even he couldn't avoid getting his clothes burned at the edges here and there. If this kept up, he'd have to find a way to hold Jack still, whether he liked it or not.

For now, he just had to try to glide after Jack as fast well as possible. Hopefully his speed would slow enough for Riku to catch up.

The fact that you've admitted to grabbing him without giving him a chance proves you're overstepping your bounds, antic.

Also, you kinetic barriers are supposed to deflect bullets and other small ranged attacks traveling at high speeds but AoB has been attacking you with melee, and you've just asploded yourself which doesn't seem to fall under what your barriers can protect you from. :?:

In short, please find a way to even out that attack, and you should have taken damage from AoB's kick judging on your bio.

Oh, and arachnid, go ahead. It's been what, a week? She's way overdue.

With a flap of his wings and while taking a moment to stop the ring's attack, Jack turned towards the canyon (which we've been fighting next to this entire time for that matter!) and flew off the edge. He then rose the ring again and activated it again.

VRISKA flew at ROSE, ignoring the stinging pain from the shurikens that RYU hit her with. She lands infront of ROSE, and quickly slices her throat before she can react.

AG: Arrivederci, red 8lood.

arachnidsGrip [aG] ceased trolling Arianne Rose [AR]

OOC: I have a roll waiting but I want to wait and see how Antic rephrases his move before I do anything.

OOC: The way I see it, If I had given him a chance to dodge the grab, he would've used his zomgsuperamazingninjaappearingabilitiesfromhell to just completely ignore what I did, so I did the same, ignored his actions... Anyways, I don't know, I figured that since this fight would go on endlessly I'd just do something to severely cripple myself and him, so J could finish him off, because his disregard for every single one of my attacks so far has pissed me off.

And that's already been taken care of by Lander. You've taken that a step further by taking it into your own hands, which *isn't* your job as a contestant.

OCC: You know, throwing the blades away isn't going to stop me from grabbing them later in the fight. If you want to reduce the number of blades, you're better off leaving them in.
BIC: Mifune tossed away the ruined swords, then grabbed another from the ground as the warrior charged. Mifune sidestepped the charge and brought his sword around into an uppercut at the charging warrior.
OOC: Antic, he's a ninja from a game that relies on reflexes, timing, and skill. Of course he can avoid your shots. What you have to do is set him up into a position from which he cannot escape. Have a plan; it helps a lot. For example, I've been working towards what will hopefully be a killing blow in almost all my posts, though I'm not having too much luck with that.

Olaf looked up in a split second to make sure his aim was true, only to find his opponent had side stepped and his sword was swinging towards his face. He pushed as hard as he could with his feet to launch himself into a no-handed cartwheel, catching the blade on the horn of his helmet, shattering both the horn, and dulling the blade. As he landed, he was still in melee range of his opponent, and swung full force at his opponents thigh, while frosting his left axe for a short-range undertow.

OOC: By "melee range," I presume you mean that you'll get hit by that Undertow if you throw it. Also, when did you grab your second axe?
BIC: Mifune reached behind and grabbed another blade, swinging it overhead and down at the warrior while blocking the axe with the other blade.
