Flaw in your logic, Monk. Doc is/was exactly who he said he was, as far as we know. What a convoluted game we are involved in if Top made a game with a bulletproof mafioso designed to save the other mafioso who was on trial.

I think perhaps YOU are the remaining mafia. Anyone with half a brain could have done what you did to cement themselves as a townie in the minds of the town.

I am glad that kikori was chosen as judge again, at least we can rest easy that a townie is judge. Barring some sort of really epic conspiracy. Unsure as to why the mafia wanted Penguin dead, there were many more choices of who to kill off. The role of president is guaranteed to go to a townie...but perhaps they were banking on trying to claim president.

In closing, one reason this games sucks is that for those of us who don't end up in/on trial ever, the game is very boring and borderline meaningless. FYI, Top.

And as I said, I agree that of the role-toting people, Doc is the most probable to be scum. But again, I can't see the possibility of him being bulletproof and being scum as well, and I can't see him knowingly jumping in front of a bullet aimed for his mafia partner.

If nothing else, if we put Monk on trial and he elects Doc as his lawyer, there's no doubt that the last mafia member IS involved in the trial. It can only serve to generate more info.

Penguin? I'd have expected Rex or Henry, myself. All but confirmed detective and bulletproof who took off his vest.

Lander's right about the process of elimination. Either he's Mafia and extremely open to a counterclaim (incredibly unlikely, given Monk posted first), or it's Monk who had basically the perfect excuse to bus Godders with a guilty verdict.

Monk, just as you said Godders' only chance was to claim vanilla townie, your only chance seems to be to claim President and call Lander a liar. I know it's not the trial yet, but if you want to make that case, now's your only chance.

Lander, as per "Mafia Henry may have auto-saved his partner", it might have been a way to give the Mafia an edge against my gun. I don't know for certain, but if I had to put a description on it, "If yourself or your partner are involved in the trial and the target of an attack, you will sacrifice your vest to protect yourselves." Something like that.
Kind of gives away that there's a daytime vigilante, though, so my guess lies in Top keeping secrets.

Ah, but would I be the driving force behind flushing out Godders if I was mafia? The trial part, sure, anyone would've done what I did. But flushing Godders out - and being the tiebreaker vote to go to trial? Your logic has an equally large hole, sir. I believe your president claim; I'd already deduced you were it, but on the off chance a mafia came in and wanted to try to start a claim war I thought I'd leave it dangling.

So as we have it, myself, Lander, and Ex are confirmed to various degrees. Henry's role has been confirmed, but not his alignment.

Unless Scar withheld that he was both investigator and info receiver, Rex is confirmed. Since Lander and I are the only two civilians and it's not me, it's him, and is thus confirmed.

I've proven myself by being the driving force behind killing a mafia, and am thus confirmed.

It's Kikori or Henry, and Kik's done more to prove himself, so right now my money's on Henry, especially as we can't do anything about Kikori anyway.

Aaand there you go, prematurly shooting your wad and leaving a mess on your hands. Fine, so will I.

How does that confirm you?
Godders was stupid enough to say "Guilty" to Rex after Rex's claim, but had nothing to show for it but a false claim. ANYONE was free to kill him. You, as the Judge, were in the best position to make the drive. The opportunity was the best for you as both a Villager and Mafia, and as it stands, I just can't believe you to be a Villager. I trust process of elimination more than anything.

You opted for Henry. I'm afraid that leaves me secure against you.
