Holmes does however have great powers of deduction, as with Kikori. And he has been wrong before, though he usually gets it sorted out in the end.

Well, statistically speaking, slightly more than a giant suckusaur. A dire one.

Five votes to lynch. Players who voted for Dr Henry: Kikori, Monk Basher, Scar, Ex Rex, Tahu 1000

Oh my.

The mayor watched on in eager silence as the town dragged Dr Henry to the gallows. He protested the entire way, including claiming to be neighbors with a dead guy. Semantics.

Lies.

The noose slipped down over the (Good?) Doctor's neck. Kikori pulled the lever and the stage gave way. As Henry's necked snapped, the force caused a suspicious note to fall from the Doc's coat.

Tonight, we kill.

Dr Henry-Mafia Godfather Lynched D1

And thus begins the night phase, with the town winning a decisive victory. Could the mafia recover? Surely, they would try.

Night phase begins NOW, day two will commence once all relevant role PMs are received or as near as I can get to 5:45am EST on Wednesday, April 18th.

Dawn arrived rather hastily for the town. Indeed, their triumph had been overshadowed by a grisly murder in the night.

The inhabitants of the neighborhood emerged from their houses. One was missing. That one guy, who bashes men whose lives have been devoted to religion, was nowhere to be seen.

Not for long. As seemed to be the dark tradition, Monk Basher lie dead in the center of town. Stabbed to death. It also seemed that he had some sort of a connection with the other villagers.

Monk Basher-Mason, killed night one

Day Two now begins. It will end Friday, April 20th around 1pm EST.

Well well. Monk was a Mason?
Fascinating!
I see what Lander and James were driving at when they made the divisions... Henry was right. This game is the Liar game.

So let's find out who the liars are. There's no way to lose the game, at this point, just as long as I get one question answered. And please, trust me when I say "I ask this with every intention of protecting those who confess." The Godfather is dead. One to two more Mafia left, and answering this question honestly will oust them with such incredible ease it's not even funny.

Who were Monk's mason buddies? Please, I beseech you, come forth. And feel free to point out any that lie about partnering with our good Monk friend.

I imagine there was one in every partnership (or one in 2 partnerships).

Also, what does a mason do?

Masons are a group of people who know for 100% certain each other are Villagers.
So thank you, Godders. Without that ignorance, my first suspicion couldn't be confirmed.

See, Masons are good for the game and all in that they can confirm each others' stories if accepted by the rest of the village. But we're not playing a game where killing the Mafia is the only objective. "Teams" are present. Masons and Mafia. It's my belief that the Masons can win by staying alive with each other, which would allow them to offset having Mafia neighbors. After all, regular townies wouldn't be able to win if a Mafia neighbor died. At the very best, they would HAVE to be paired with other regular townies.

So, Godders. Your neighbor was a Mason. Were you a Mason, you would've known how it works and not needed to have asked. As far as I'm concerned, you're Mafia. And you're dead.

When I first read through that it didn't make any sense at all Kikori, but upon looking it over again it seems you have a strong point. However, seeing as it is early in the day, I do want to give Godders a chance to reply before hopping on a train against him.

I'll roleclaim i geuss; I'm Bulletproof.

I am Village aligned, i can survive one kill attempt on me at night, but after that i can be killed at night.

Win Conditions:

I can win with the village.

I can win with my Partner. - Although not now.

...I don't know if I can buy that honestly. Henry claimed a Survival role when he was targeted as well and he ended up being the Godfather.

Me not knowing the majority of the roles doesn't mean i am suddenly scum, it just means i am still inexperienced.

If you had been a Mason role, you wouldn't have to have asked.
If you are neighbored with a Mason, it's highly likely you're Mafia. After all, Masonry presents a great chance to bypass traditional win conditions.

2 + 2 = You were very likely Mafia. But you've given me an unexpected response. I'll humor you for now and Unvote. Monk's Mason buddies are more important.

Now's the time to come forth, sirs. Scar? Riptide? Market? Anyone? Masons are usually in pairs of three, so I just need the last pair before we can get this going full throttle. Let's... get the ball rolling.

I'm going to have to agree with Kikori; mafia and Masons being neighbors seems likely, given that mafia and Masons would not be neighbored with another of their kin. I'd guess there to be equal numbers of Masons and mafia, and likely three of each. As for my own role, I'm not one of Monk's Mason buddies.

Then you're either lying to your neighbor or you're lying to everyone. You claimed mason in pm, but refuse to tell who your partner apart from Monk was. At this point, there's absolutely no reason to withhold a claim as mason, your win condition of masons is already gone with Monk's death. Knowing who the 2 masons were with monk can only benefit us by confirming two town-allied players.

Not to mention it can very potentially give targets. As Rex and I stated, Masons highly likely have a win condition of teamwork victory that can bypass neighbor victory. That's why a Mason seems far more likely to be neighbored with a Mafia than any other role. Your mason friend's neighbor could very well be a mafia, and is more likely so than anyone else's neighbor.

Market and/or last remaining partner of Monk. NOTHING TO LOSE, MUCH TO GAIN. This could very well be a game of perfect lynch streaks, but we need the information to make it happen.

riptide is as well. it was myself, monk, and riptide.

i didnt post this right away, cause riptide requested me not to.... and a very weak attempt to catch someone if they claimed to be a mason.
