As much as you would love to do that, you are quite simply in too much of a hurry!

This darned breeze has been carrying your favorite hat away from you for a good few minutes now. You've been keeping in hot pursuit, for as hot as a pursuit can be while running in flip-flops. You would consider a change of shoes, but you've come to understand that nothing can be perfect one-hundred percent of the time. The discomfort of running is a fair trade off for the comfort they offer in practically any other situation, you feel. After all, you've learned to accept the good and the bad in both people and footwear throughout your extensive adventures. Sometimes you just have to make compromises!

This chase is a little ridiculous though. You've started to get tired, pausing for a breather or two in between sprints. You give your beloved hat a rather pathetic "wait up" point, but it's predictably pointless. Hehe, pointless. You regret not having any shades readily available for that. You get the feeling that your hat's just going to keep gliding and gliding and you're considering just letting it go. Sometimes it's important to know when to let go. A hat is just a hat, after all. But you've begun to wonder if this wind has a mind of its own, like maybe it's guiding you to wherever it thinks you need to be? Maybe you should see where it wants to take you??? Though you feel like that's a pretty silly thought. Sometimes wind is just wind!

Uh-oh, you can feel the breeze starting to pick up more. If you don't catch your hat soon, it might be gone for good!

What will you do?
