[RP] Shades of Light *PM me for a spot*

Running through one after another, enemies fell by his weapon. The waves seemed almost limitless, at all the fighting was beginning to take its toll. Breathing harshly, the boy named Sora looked around and found a small alcove he would be able to rest in. Sora hid out of sight, and collapsed from exhaustion.

When Sora awoke, he found himself no longer in the alcove he was in before, but in a large, abandoned, fancy-looking room. "Wha...?" The door on the other side was open, revealing a small town. Not seeing much useful stuff in the room, Sora walked out, and into the town.

OOC: The title will most likely change, I was out of imagination for a bit.

I got inspired by the various "Battlefield" topics, so I decided to make a thread with a similar idea. You'll be allowed to play any protagonist from any manga, game, anime etc. and play in this. Your chars need to meet the following requirements though;

- NO half-gods or the like
- May not be evil (might be allowed later on)
- "Silent Protagonists" like Link get a voice.

- Any character going by the name of "Klinkin" will be beaten, stabbed, slashed, burned, frozen, shot and many other unpleasant things, after which the body is thrown into an active volcano. So Klinkin's a no-no.

Now for the standard RP rules *yawns*
-No godmodding
-No autohitting
-No controlling another persons character without their or my permission
-No one-sentence posts
-Any other standard rules I may have missed, use your common sense.

Characters are introduced when I give you permission to. Don't jump in on a random spot.

Also, unless you have a special reason, post regularly.

If it wasn't obvious yet, I'm taking Sora from Kingdom Hearts II.

any game you said, right (without god stuff) then I'll be Jak, with his vulcan fury (The Blue Gun) and it's different forms, 1, 2, and 3

He has dark and light Jak.

As you could probably see, I chose Jak from Jak 3.

Name: Fighter McWarrior
Origin: 8-Bit Theater

Abilities: Fighter is a warrior specializing in swords and master of The Twelve Schools of Vargus-do Zodiac-Style Swordplay (Zodiac Kenshido for short) and is capable of wielding more than two swords at once. He is the inventor of 'Sword-Chucks' which are two swords attached by a chain, which at first seem like they would do more harm to the user of them, but Fighter disproved this by fighting Kary, Fiend of Fire to a stand-still with them. Fighter is extremely resilient towards physical damage in general and easily recovers, even from injuries that, by all rights, should have killed him (but I'll... tone down on this a bit). After his class change to Knight, he gained the ability to whirl his swords at speeds high enough to create sonic booms. Also, inspired by Black Mage's 'Hadoken' and the less commonly used 'Fighterdoken', Fighter also can use the 'Medoken', with which he can hurl himself at a foe.
Personallity: Fighter is extremely dim-witted, but has shown random spurts of intelligence on rare occasions. Skilled as he is, he is also extremely naïve, childlike and has an almost single-minded sword fixation

But if I should allow that, it would just be a character or two vs. an army of evil overlords ^_^ (not that there's anything wrong with evil overlords though)

Anyway Kitty, Top, you're allowed to enter now.

IC: Sora was wandering through the streets looking for Donald and Goofy, when he found a man with rather large ears, and another dressed fully in red, complete with a red hairdo, both who seemed as lost as he was.. "Hey, are you two lost too?" Sora asked, and walked to their direction.

Hmm... The protagonist throws a big limit on my choices. Heck, I'll go with your example. Even better, there's no rule about companions. Midna and Epona, join the team.

Link, as per Twilight Princess (Wii) with 100% completion. If allowed, he bears the Triforce of Courage.

60 bombs, 30 water bombs, 20 bomblings
3 bottles of Great Fairy Tears, 1 fairy in a bottle
I think that pretty much covers it.

IC: As he is walking, a teeneager comes up to him. Jak says, "Hey, my name is Jak. I'm looking for my buddy Daxter. He's about a foot high, orange, weasle-like, and has goggles on his head.
You seen him?"

Fighter yawned, and continued to walk through the city. Last night, while he was sleeping, he was somehow separated from Red Mage, Thief, and his best bud Black Mage. He had woken up in a weird city, and he decided to look around, to find a guy with long ears talking to a guy with pointy hair. "Hi." he said. "Have you seen a guy with a funny hat, a ninja, and a black mage?" Fighter continued.

Also Tahu, this is a storyline RP, meaning there'll probably be more talking than fighting. Just so you know. And for the record, Sora CAN use his drives. Sorry for RPing Link a bit, but hey, at least it gets you into the story, right?

BIC: What in Falore's name was going on? Link had been the width and breadth of Hyrule and never seen a town such as this. Midna could only guess that her teleport spell had gone wrong, perhaps due to the lit bomb that hitched a ride. Walking through the strange place, Midna noticed some people looking just as lost, if not more, than he. One of them, the one with the weird, key-shaped sword asked him "Hey sir, did you happen to see a talking duck, weasel, dingo, black mage or ninja?" Link thought this to be an odd group to be looking for. He had no idea what a ninja or dingo was, and black mage sounded decidedly evil. However, he supposed the talking duck was an Occa. "No, sorry. Anyone know where this place is?"

When Link walked up to the group, Fighter noticed the sword sheathed on his back. "Hey, nice sword. Do you like swords? I like swords." said Fighter.

OOC: Sorry for such a tiny post, but Fighter's a hard character to RP, due to him not really being able to make many intelligent statements...

Jak said "Hmm. Swords are good and all, but I prefer this!" With the word "This" he pulls his vulcan fury from nowhere. "Isn't it cool." He puts it away. "Say, since most of us are searching for someone, or multiple someones, how about we travel together?"

"Yeah, that could help us find them faster." Sora said, as the Keyblade vanished in a brief flash of light. "And what was that thing you just pulled out? It kinda reminds me of that Xigbar's rifle though." Sora looked at his new companions; A sword maniac, a guy that kind of looked like Beast, an elf-like guy in brownish green and himself, a fifteen-year old with spiky hair and an oversized key as a weapon.

"So, anyone's got any leads?"

"Well, if we're looking for an Occa, we might start be trying to find a Sky Cannon. I have no idea where that is, though. Besides that, we might try searching outside the town." Link had the feeling that these people had next to no idea what he was talking about.

"What's an Occa?" Sora asked. "And yeah, we could try to look outside of this town. I think I've seen an exit to the east..." Sora was just planning to head to the exit, when suddenly a man with a very large sword came out of the sky. "East of here is only filled with death. The exit is to the west."

OOC: He'll be my first actual NPC in here
