As has been said, we had a bit of a falling out with Jagex, and they threatened us with a copywrite lawsuit if we didn't remove our guides (Which is clearly nonsense as they supported us and other fansites, recognizing RS guides as fair use, but it was more their way of being jerks for an unrelated issue).
It's a whole big story that doesn't really matter anymore, but bottom line is we no longer offer RS guides. Makes those of us who spent countless hours making them pretty upset, but what are you gonna do.
But hey, as far as veteran communities go, we've been around since the start. I'm sure you'll fit in just fine.

If you decided to register in hopes of guides being a "Sign up to view" deal, I'm afraid to say there's little luck there. This website in specific has had a conflict with JaGeX, and guides of Runescape are no longer in the works here.
The community, however, is glad to welcome a long-time viewer and new face. Welcome to the forums. :3

Whilst we don't only support Scape now, and many of us hate Jagex, we do still accept people who do play.

I have been playing runescape for 8 years on and off. I am 20 now.. Yeah I feel old still playing this game sometimes but people don't understand it if you've been playing since you were young you know? I have always used Rune Village for quest guides. Now today I came to look for quest guides and decided to register.
