And, it seems to be getting 'commented' on a lot also and they are also out of line.

Oh well. I am sure Sah is enjoying this.

I really don't know what to say. Sah, we all know that you're an intelligent person and a financial genius, though if you were looking for a place for people to overlook your occasional character flaws and focus solely on what you've accomplished in the world of money, then I'm afraid you came to the wrong place.

And I really have no idea what the situation between you and the rest of RV is anyways, so I can't comment on that.

So... You're upset because you don't get respect for your financial prowess on a RuneScape fansite? Please tell me I'm not the only one having trouble figuring out how that makes any sense. :-s If you want to talk about economics/investing/etc, a fansite for an online MMO isn't exactly the most logical place to go for that.

I don't have much to say because I never really knew you, but see ya.
Pretty much sums it up for me. It's not out of lack of respect or anything, most of us just don't particularly care for financial discussions.

If you went to a retirement home and starting rambling on about gadgets, their lack of excitement wouldn't be anything on you, the topic is just of little interest. There's places to go for finance, but unfortunately this isn't one of them. It's primarily teenagers wanting to game; stock figures mean nothing to them. Don't take that personally.

Anyhoo, best wishes with whatever you choose to do.

You did always have time to feed someone information and get them involved in the market. I'm yet to actually take the plunge yet as I'm still looking and thinking. I'll jump in one day..

As for the medication and without knowing why/what you are on it for, well done. It's great to see someone that has decided they can do without it. As with everything doctors/specialists have been over prescribing medication to people that are a little irratic, depressed, angry, grumpy, sad, upset or any other emotion that could be considered bad in some way or another. They do turn people into zombies which many people don't like, they also take away your wit and turn you into more of an airhead. I don't think they do any good as they are not a cure and only mask an existing problem.

Best of luck and I look forward to your return

I think that perhaps you're confusing lack of respect for lack of interest... I would imagine that the number of Villagers with a deep interest in the investment world is pretty low.

I respect the skills and knowledge you've developed, but it's not a subject that would hold my interest for long-- investments are pretty much past me at this point. Besides, they won't take food stamps!

Sorta like i don't imagine i could hold your interest for very long with my antique boy scout collection... :)

What? Would he have like a sort of . . computer to check out whatever the government has?
Medicine has been made for years, even before computers were made. Even before the United States was ever made.
I highly doubt that there is a reason for why the 'government' makes medicine. I have to agree with Mentos.

I can say that I appreciate the concern, but the fact is I'm not one for conspiracy theories. There isn't a big government scandal over healthcare, etc. I'm going through with my understanding of affairs and economics because a deeper understanding helps me from just becoming ignorant.

I used to be horrible when it came to this stuff... Seriously, I wish RV could see me back when I first joined and was that scrawny little kid who never left his computer or really cared about anything. You just gotta go outside one day and smell the flowers, man. Be a little late for a meeting one day. Screw off on a Saturday that you know you can afford. If someone brings up something to do with you or whatever and you don't know whether or not to say "yes," go ahead and say "hell yes!" instead. Sometimes life's good with a bit of spontaneity, and me, the king of insecurities, knows that better than anyone. There are some things a textbook and meds can never teach you. It sounds a little hackneyed, but it's absolutely true. I can only hope that one day you can experience the same.

NEW ENTRY: I also think you don't know nearly as much about the economy as you think you do, and your unwillingness to both admit this to yourself and take the advice and knowledge for others will lead to your ruin. I find it incredibly difficult to take anything in your post seriously because I highly doubt that you are that far at all. If you were, you wouldn't worry about getting so much "respect." Besides, if you only become successful so that others will see you as being successful, then you will never be happy. It's a horrible way to live your life and you'll develop severe psychological health problems in the future. You're going to be a very unhappy person if you don't change that about you, and that's coming from someone who's been to that hell and back. If you don't believe me, ask Gamestar. He knows everything.

ENTRY (cont): You need to wake up and smell the coffee. I recommend Starbucks "Vanilla Blend." Either that, or a good Grande Caramel Macchiato (frappuccinos are good too). Don't get a Venti though, because you know you'll drink it too fast since you know you have so much. But alas, I digress. You can't be making your life up for us and expecting us to care, because nothing will ever happen. I think you have some behavioral/social problems, but because of your extreme narcissism you won't admit it. I'm not trying to be mean: I'm telling you the truth. You need to wake up. You have issues. Shutting yourself off from life is absolutely no way deal with it. Thinking that you have it all figured out and that we should all respect you for it and all the other stuff you talked about in your previous post is absurd. I can do integrated functions in my head and have been called a literary genius for my excellence in my writing classes - but I have no need to brag about it. There's no point. I'm proud of what I've done. That's what matters. You won't find any pride in what you've done if you only look to others for acceptance.

(CONT):I'm proud of my life, and the things that I have done. I'm proud of myself, and the person I've become. You're free to whine, but it will not get you far. I do just fine with my car and my guitar.

So yeah, go live life. Don't worry about your meds. Take them: they're good for you. If they make you happy, then they must be doing something right. It's better than being depressed all the time, eh? You can have all the worries, concerns, and ideas to fix them, but you aren't going to go anywhere if you don't put them down for a bit and let yourself wander a bit.

You're at that time where life is going to hit you. It's up to you whether to back down and hope it misses, or look it dead in the eye and say "Dish it up, baby! And don't be stingy on the jalapenos!
