After this you choose what usergroup(s) fit you interests and click View Information...

Wait this usergroup is closed! Whats that mean?
Well that means you can't join it because its reserved for special villagers like staff, moderators, and legends. Work hard enough and you just might be one someday, but until then just a good villager.
Hold on who's this moderator guy?
The moderator is the person who controls the usergroup. He can make stickies and announcements for the entire usergroup to see...

After the joining part you should get a screen like this...

You will have to wait until the moderator allows you into the usergroup, but until then you can view which are pending...

After the Moderator allows you into the usergroup you will be able to see which usergroups you are in...
