I found it and my friend got it to work, its a simple arcade game.

Controls

Z - Attack
X - Dash
C - Jump

UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT - Move

I understand it's a fan-made game and should be available for free in the internet, but I only managed to find a few download links none of which worked. This is, I believe, the official website.

I found Rozen Maiden ALiBAT now, so if anybody wants it, Download it here its the first post attachment, you need a torrent program for it, and you might need to burn it to a CD if you don't have an image drive.

To get it to work, install it, then go to Start>Control Panel>Regional and Language settings

On the regional options tab, change the first thing to Japanese, and the thing on the bottom to Japan.

Now it should work, if you don't do this, when you run ALiBAT it'll say "Data File Broken"
