I started off by using a minecraft lily pad and copying the pattern out of wool on a larger scale. After that I spent a long time trying to get the shape of the frog right, and adding dimension to him. It's one of the tougher builds I've done, and I hope he doesn't look too much like a yoshi lol.

Winners and prizes announced in the OP. Congrats again guys! If you guys want to see Kikori and Tosio's entries, harass them into posting them into this topic. We had one viable entry for 2D, and three viable entries for 3d. Considering the amount of people on this forum who play minecraft, that's a little worse than we expected. Tanks, we were not sure if your Spongebob was supposed to be a 2D or 3D entry, and if it was 3D, you did not submit it from enough angles for it to qualify.
For the love of God, people. Support the RVET. We keep putting on events in vain, try to attend them if you are even remotely interested in the subject matter. It's normally one hour out of one day of the month. Make us feel good.
If there's anything we can do to encourage activity, like events we haven't thought of, different prizes, different times, etc, let us know! We are committed to making the RVET more of a success.
