Of course, I do change these options and crank them all up to max when I'm doing new quests, I just like to keep them low so I can multitask like a pro and not bog down my ancient relic of a computer.

I play runescape with all settings turned off/low and I play my own music while runescape-ing.

Resizeable Screen mostly, if I'm not multitasking then I will use Fullscreen. Also, I enjoy fullscreen using the 62inch tv as a 2nd monitor-connected through HDMI cable
