Never underestimate the power of music. I've found the many times I've been depressed for far too long, listening to the right songs at the right times fixed a lot. Hey guys...
So alot has been going off in my life recently. Well not just recently, but it has been recent when ive started to let things out.
You know that moment right? When you hold stuff in for so long and then just explode in to an emotional pile of rubble - thats happened.
I wont go in to detail, you probably aren't interested but ive basically popped. Ive been told I'm depressed, I have bad paranoia and I get anxiety alot. Not bad eh.
So to help me out ive been doing a few things. Listening to relaxing music whilst working, colouring and ive recently started blogging.
Now I'm not much of a writer but to just get things out is really helping me and I think it helps those around me too as they can read what is going on... You know just incase I decide to keep it in.
Its a blog about me, my life... No subjects just general updates and a bit of gaming news. Hell ive only been doing it a week so there's not much content on there.
I just thought id like to throw that out there. I still miss you guys, still think about everyone I used to speak to here. I do try to come on but I'm normally trying to keep myself busy!
Anyways that's that really. Feel free to have a look at the blog... Best off reading around night time, you know to send you to sleep
