Except I never had to do the quest. I found the certificate for quest completion on the ground one day back when it was still a dropable white parchment in RSC. Someone seriously gave up their quest reward and I just happened to find it, hehe.

I really don't remember it. You could collect the reward only, or complete the quest with it?And good luck finding someone. It's possible.
